I find myself leaving here frustrated often. I would say that I am only totally satisfied half of the time that I come here.... Most of the time it has to do with the quality of the customer service from the workers. I just walked in right now stood at theregister, and just got ignored by four employees. So I sat down at the chairs in front of the register and waited for them tofinish speaking. In that amount of time I was able to place a mobile order. So it?s fine I got my drink that way. But i didn?teven get a ?hi? or ?we will be right with you?. I come here a lot regardless because it?s near my home and I love Starbucks :)but usually when I do come here, it?s really dirty and not well kept. For example today they didn?t have any napkins at any ofthe three locations they keep them. ???? They are super polite about letting use the restroom and the drinks usually turn outgreat. However, I have had a lot of trouble with the quality of the of the drinks in the past too. (Things like them not beingmade right or neglecting my Instructions). Luckily, they are always quick to fix it . . . it just happens a lot. ????????? alsoon Google it says that it?s open 24/7. This is not true at all. I can?t tell you how many times I?ve come later in the eveningor early in the morning and it?s not open. (I work night shifts). ordered a drink and a food item but they finished my food item before my drink. my friend got his order before mine (and he... ordered before me) and when i approached them about my drink, they didn't have it and it wasn't inputted in the system. had towait even longer for my drink and was tempted to leave but they made it quickly. don't order in store, just order on the app soyou don't end up late to wherever you have to go ???? Wait is too long at this place. Many people will go to the door for it to just be locked and have to go to the drive thru. The... drive thru is so slow too, I don't get how it can be that slow when they are only focusing on one side. They might as well justhave it as a drive thru but they can't even do that. There was a time I looked at the time they opened up and they had mewaiting for about 2hrs if they aren't going to open on time change/update your time on the page. I don't recommend this place,any other place is better than this one. Read more

Ordered mobile for pickup in drive through because the line was long and I have my favorite drinks saved and then the barista at... the mic told me not to do that ever again... Never experienced that before at any Starbucks. Read more

Very rude in the drive thru. It was today 7/25/22 around 7 pm. Their training in the drive thru but the girl would not let me... finish ordering, she kept interrupting and recommending. We get to the window and my order is wrong, which is expected ofsomeone isn't listening, so i was not going to say anything except change my order but she went there with playing dumb andovertaking me again , then her trainer tells her to take a break and asked me in a condescending tone as if i was rude forasking for my order to be corrected and if she'd of listened instead of overtalking me..... So here goes the trainer, she mademe the correct drink and brings back the incorrect drink and gives them both to us as if she's giving us this great bonus witha totally funky ugly rude attitude And says if we of tried the original drink we might of liked it. I'm like but o didn't orderthat. I ordered what i like not what you like. She slammed the window shut all mad. I didn't go to starbucks for all that. Now iunderstand why they have help wanted and were training sign. If the trainer is rude, then we can only expect everyone to betrained to be the same way. Starbucks you really need to revamp your customer service. I give this place a -10 I won't be back. Read more

This is one of the best and fastest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. That to say here in the inland empire Riverside.... There are lots of really good Starbucks. This one just kind of stands out. The staff is really good they?ve got really goodmusic playing, but of course all Starbucks do play good music. Nonetheless you should try this place. A little story to go alongwith my experience here. I ordered an iced coffee and the Barista was very helpful. She was even willing to offer to help mewith the app giving me pointers on how to use it correctly. She didn?t know that I already knew how to use the app, but waswilling to help me just in case I didn?t. I continue to complete this order and paused to add something to it. Of course she hadto erase the screen and start the order over again. She did this with not even a hint of frustration. I added a sandwich to theorder and she completed my order and said go have a seat over there enjoy relax and listen for your name and will have yourorder right out for you. It?s the best experience ever. I will be going out of my way to visit the Starbucks again. On my way tothe Starbucks from my house I will pass for other Starbucks. Yep it?s worth it. Read more

The employees look so Miserable No good morning no welcome. They look at you and just stand there waiting for the order. I?m... sorry but people come to have coffee to get out of the house and get a good feeling not to see miserable people being rude. Mydaughter started Choking we ask the girl for water and she looks at us and said ask the person at the end for it. No Soul nofeelings Just like a Robots.
