Poor customer service, rude employees. They are taking mobile orders on the lobby, but not letting customers use restrooms. My... young daughter had to use the restroom, and was refused my the manager. How can a business be open and refuse an essentialservice to their customers. Read more
Terrible absolutely terrible. This place used to be great now they shut off the mobile orders and locked the doors so you have... to do drive thru. An employee was really rude when I went to the drive thru. I wanted to go inside and order a drink and use the restroom but they... were closed in the inside and they didn?t want to give me a reason. I kept pressing why and the lady says, why do you want toknow! Let it be known it?s Saturday at 11:30AM. Great personal service, very friendly. Iced tea was fresh and tasty. One negative that left a bad taste in my mouth (pun... intended). Relatively close to closing a Security Person (???) approached a woman inside telling her to move her electric bikeas it was too close to the door and a fire hazard (it was close but not blocking). As I left, I saw this individual's pickuptruck parked out side (see photo). In case it's too dark to read, that's a red curb FIRE LANE! I hate hypocrisy. Read more

When the Service quality is good, it is pretty good but, unfortunately, it can happen too often ???? that you want to go there... and a security officer tells you that it is closed. You try to understand why and he just tells you that it is not open like ifyou were stupid. Even when you see a client leaving and having been served!That is quite a shame ????! Read more
This place is only drive thru and mobile check out. There is no option to get a refill with iced coffees or refreshers and or... cold brew. There should be a change in policy regarding that, firstly to utilize the real estate for meaningful purpose. There'sno good customer service at this location unfortunately. 1 star. Read more
