I've never left a review for anywhere EVER. I'll just tell you this, don't waste your time and just take the extra time to go to... another location or eat somewhere else. They WILL make you wait. Took 35 minutes to get my food...it's actually worse than whatI'm even saying. Just don't waste your time. Read more

Not a good experience. No one at counter for about 5 to 10 minutes. No customers except at counter. Meals were not flavorful.... It's been a long time since we have been to Taco Bell and based on our experience we probably won't return. Read more

UPDATE: I constantly give them the ?benefit of the doubt,? but yet they continue succeed to provide terrible service. Hard... tacos with no meat at all. I did not even ask for a vegan hard taco. They very much lack to keep certain items stocked as well.Management needs to get it together at this location or just have another Del Taco replace this Taco Bell due to its horribleservice. The entire team at this location are very unprofessional. Every time I come here I am never satisfied with the type of service... they provide. Tried this place twice. First time I went inside and stood there for about 10 min without any acknowledgement by staff. They... were only helping drive thru. Second time I go through drive thru and wish I could have exited the line for how long it took.The person that took the order was short, shoved the food in my face and closed the door before I could ask for sauce. I was not so pleased with the drive- thru at this Taco Bell... In fact I was amazed how slow this drive thru was. The person a... young teen. Took my order, I had asked a few question pertaining to the menu, he seemed annoyed. The people who were working inthe back were, I'm sorry really slow. No apologies at the window. NO hello, No greeting... I asked for extra hot sauce, he toldme it was in the bag. I looked and asked for more. He told me there were all out of mild, they had extra hot , or some othersauce. I said ok give me like 18..I myself put 3 to 4 hot sauce package on my tacos. So does my friends, who were waiting forme to get the food. Whoever trained the night crew, they need to get them to push the orders up more quickly. Drive thru peopleneed re- training, along with whoever was in charge that night. People do not like to be stuck in a no moving line... Not even aThank You .... So whoever is running this Taco Bell, I do hope you see this. I have worked in fast foods, cafeterias, hospitals.. Used Mobile app to order food at to have it picked up at 1:30. Went and there was no one in line but they were "very busy" there... was no one in the drive thru nor the check in line inside. The girl brought my food that they made when I put in the order. Itwas sitting out for two hours and the drinks were sweating from condensation and flat. I told her the pick up was for 1:30 shesaid they could put it in the heat rack for 10 minutes. I was very bothered they did not offer to make me a fresh batch but atthe moment I needed to go since I am on a timed lunch. I opened the bag to find soft flimsy crunch tacos and soft tacos thatwere soggy. She even said they were ready to throw it away. But did not bother to offer fresh ones knowing they had been therefor a while. Very disappointed and called customer service to file a complaint. I'll make sure if I order food in person Read more

Just ordered menu #1 supreme crunchy taco today and they forgot my sour cream. Why don?t you guys always double check to make... sure you guys put the right order in the bag. Its a lot of hassle for a customer to go back and get the right order. Read more
