I'm giving it 4 stars because while our server, Noah, was fantastic. My food was overpriced. I got the fish and chips and they... were good. But not $20 good. I got 5 little strips which were lukewarm at best and I had to the fish and chips because my firstdish wasn't being served. My wife's salmon dish and my daughters sliders were good, but I felt like my dish didn't hit the mark.Again, Noah was awesome and even went above and beyond when it came to our desert. Not going to lie, The Cheesecake Factory was never on my radar outside of well? Cheesecake. But I am happy to say that this may... be the new family eating spot. My children are old enough to eat 3/4 of a large pizza, so ordering the kids flat bread(pepperoni for my oldest and the cheese for my younger two) was surprisingly enough for them to be satisfied and still had someleft! I had the lunch sized portion of The Pasta Divinci (I added parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes), my husband ordered thedinner portion of Orange chicken? so much good food! We had to leave room for desert, I got the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake, myhusband got the Vanilla Bean, my older two children split a chocolate milkshake and my youngest one got two scoops of vanillaice cream. Everything on the menu was delicious! I'm a foodie so I like to try as much as possible that would include the egg rolls as... appetizers the tai wraps, salad with balsamic vinegar. All their dipping sauces were very good. Also, had the shrimp scampi withthe jumbo fried shrimp. Again everything was absolutely delicious. The lemon cheesecake for dessert. Very disappointed in this restaurant took my 1 yr old there for her 1st birthday and she didn?t even get the birthday song or... the ice cream.we waited over an hour for food. Needless to say I will be going to chuckie cheese for a better experience thiswas mid week I work nine hour days and was not happy that after my $200 tab I didn?t even get get a birthday cup. I won?t returnat all poor baby?s first birthday dinner spoiled by my favorite restaurant. The disappointment. Read more
The food was good and the servers were nice. The problem however was the restaurants organization. We had a 6:30 reservation but... still had to wait 30 minutes for a table. We also made a birthday request 3 times before it was filled. There was even a 10minute wait to speak to a manager. In conclusion the restaurant is still nice but the back ground business needs some work. Read more
I waited a good 40 minutes maybe 45 to be told that my baby stroller was a hazard so I would have to wait an extra however long... it took for the corner tables to be cleared. So I said okay that's fine my wife will hold my baby cuz she's asleep. So theyseated me at the most dirtiest nastiest disgusting table I've ever seen in my life in any restaurant I've ever been to! I canunderstand if your staff is busy but there was trash and food from the floor to the seats to the table to the napkins wrappedaround my silverware! Very unacceptable unsanitary and unbelievable if you ask me! Manager came and was surprised because wewere seated there and she seated us at another table which appeared to be clean. It took a few minutes for me to understand whythe area was so dirty but I still couldn't register it in my mind. Then to heavy set Caucasian waitresses seeing the managertalking to us sitting us at our new table and apologizing so they decided to look right at me and Mumble to each other andstarted laughing and made it very obvious which was super unprofessional with their tattooed arms from elbow to wrist. Themanager then told me she will have her best waiter help us out and his name was Carlos! Carlos was amazing let me say thisagain Carlos was amazing!! And I can say it 10 more times Carlos was amazing! Very professional very polite very knowledgeableof the menu and just seem to be really genuine about his field of work. He made us feel comfortable again thank you Carlosyou're awesome! And that chicken dish that he recommended to us was unbelievable I'm not even going to try to pronounce it itwas chicken something LOL all I do remember is it had lemon sauce mushrooms and capers and it was served with angel hair! This location is class personified. Food was good, location is perfect, dining experience was classy, staff were very... professional (Anthony, waiter), and I felt like very well taken care off. Due to the location being busy a reservation would begreat, however, you will have to wait; but it is worth it. Spinach dip and mixed drinks for appetizers. I also had the orangechicken, rice, and veggies; my family have a variety of seafood and sides. Everything was amazing. Lastly, I had a slice ofcheese cake and yes, it was everything I needed. Ok, if you go there? start with the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, it was so incredibly delicious we even thought about... skipping entrees and keep ordering those. Service was friendly and wait was not too bad, I had a minor inconvenience nothingthat took away from the experience but my water glass came with lipstick mark on it, I decided not to tell our server and askedsomeone instead because I did not want him to feel bad, but then again probably just an oversight.
