The food is really good but we just got told to wait for like minutes at the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of us. They didn't... mute the mic and we heard they were basically putting us on hold for placing our order so they could finish the ones that werealready placed. Food was fresh but service was very slow. The staff was more concerned on servicing the drive thru than the guest inside.
I pulled up, asked them if I could use the bathroom after ordering my food in drive thru and had to go, they told me they... weren?t approved to let me use the bathroom, but they can serve me food. So idk what that meant and I don?t know why they saidthat but my food was fresh I wanted to call corporate today and see if this was true. Not sure if I?ll be back, but if I do I?llblog about it. This is the large fry I received at the wienerschnitzel on Vanburen in Riverside, CA. I immediately showed the manager, who was... working the window and said sorry thats how they come. I told him this was unacceptable and to please fill it properly. He saidsorry I weighed it and its correct. Such a horrible person, such horrible customer service. Omg, ordered 8 chili dogs, tamale, side of chili & a all beef kraut dog. Got 5 chili dogs, tamale and reg kraut dog. Gave her... back the kraut dog, then she gave me a dog with ff and onions on it. Has to walk in and get the right one. Crazy visit, will notbe returning!!! Read more
