I just had the worst experience of my life at chipotle in Riverside. I feel like someone tried to poison me. After taking one... bite of my veggie taco, I reflexively throw up. It?s almost as if somebody dumped a tub of salt in the food. This could not havebeen an accident. When I was ordering in person, the staff was laughing and cackling to the point where it was ear piercing.Even the nice girl at the register was rolling her eyes. ABSOLUTE WORST CHIPOLTE. Last time I?ll waste 15-30min waiting for my online order. Every single time it?s at least that much... later from the time chosen. You can just tell when being in this location that the management is almost non-existent the way itoperates. UPDATE: I get back to eat and this is what my burrito looks like. Then I take a bite... Rude staff, out of ingredients, small portions. Overall, just a terrible experience. Clearly, there?s a management issue bc... these people had no clue they were at ?work.? Felt like I was surprising them by ordering food. As you can see in the pic, halfwrapped burrito (minus lettuce bc they didn?t have any and with grey guac) with a drink for $22. Goodbye chipotle! Rude unhelpful staff. The quesidilla is a joke. They don't ask the right questions to get your order right and are very rude. ... It's been over 10 years since we visited a Chipotle since the last mess guess we were right to stay away. :( Read more

Food was good. But service and appearance horrible. We entered the establishment and got online. No one even acknowledged us .... Workers looked at my wife and me and continued doing what they were doing for 5 min. They waited until more customers arrived totake our orders and my wife is 8 months pregnant. A lady doing inventory im assuming at the front didn't even say someone willbe with you. Once we got our food almost all the tables were dirty. And they place was empty! Read more

I have been a regular at chipotle across the state. For the first time their signature crunchy tacos were stale and chewy. They... charged for chips and guacamole but forgot to put the guacamole. It was not busy there were only 2 people in line so this shouldhave not happened. At the restaurant I had some difficulty using the app to redeem the reward. The cashier was unable to help.After a few attempts I was able to add the reward only to realize that it was not applied to the bill. Finally when I tried tocall the store to let them know they had forgotten the order. The automated system was not able to connect me with a storecustomer agent. It kept referring me to an email receipt which didn?t apply as it was a walk in order. Poor food, poor service,poor service recovery and poorly trained staff. 1/5 if I am being generous. Read more
