I would rate 0 stars if I could. This location is not accommodating and purely disgusting & unsanitary actions clearly shown by... the image. I ordered two sandwiches the other day I open the bag and above the sandwiches were two rubber USED gloves throwninto the bag.. I called the restaurant to come up with a solution and Dylan the manager stated he will talk to the other managernever got a call back I called again the following day no one has been helpful. This is not okay and shouldn?t happen in arestaurant period. Will not be returning due to the horrible communication and unsanitary environment. Will send to corporate. Read more
By far the worse level of customer service! The other day I went in for my regular #13 and I see a roach crawling up the wall by... the bread. The employees noticed and continued to act as nothing was there. I then seen 3 more in the bathroom. This place needsbetter service and a good cleaning! This isn?t the first time we received horrible customer service from this franchise. It?sdisgusting how stuck up these people are. Read more
Great Food, Great Service, Employees are very nice and communicate well. When I?ve ordered food from there the line was very... efficient. The employees always ask if you want to customize your order which you usually don?t get at fast food places when youorder at the counter. The service there is usually fast (you could usually get the food you ordered their within 5 minutes ofordering it) When I?ve ordered from there online the food is usually ready to go when I get there and I was out of there withinof minute of getting there. Good for on the fly fix but I would deliberately make a point of it. Much better options like Sals and Milano in the city. Id... say it's a better quality product than Subway but again I wouldn't make a point of walking more than 4 blocks Read more

I enjoy this location, they are always courteous and friendly. Sometimes the line can get backed up but where does it not... during lunchtime. The backlog of mobile orders shortens the staff availability on the front line. I'd recommend making thestop, in the spring-fall they have some outdoor tables which is relaxing to eat. Read more
