Besides the massive long wait for the food it was pretty good. They had 6 cars parked in front of us as well as on the side lot... waiting for orders and no cars behind us in line yet it took over 10 min to get our food... I can't imagine Anything taking thatlong to cook at a "fast food" drive through. Read more
I absolutely love that they don't charge extra for adding cookie dough and other add-ins to the shakes! The employees were nice... and the atmosphere enjoyable. They have a fun playplace as well. Read more

I love the menu here and my order was tasty. But we skipped the long drive-thru line since there was no line inside. Inside all... I ordered was a shake and a cone. But it took 20 minutes and I had to ask if they had lost the order before they started on it.Obviously they give priority to the drive-thru. Read more
I was surprised by the slow service. I also asked for specific additions to my sandwich at the order intake AND at the window... and they failed to complete the request. They also didn?t give me lettuce and failed to mention it. There were also 4-5 carsbefore me that had to pull up and wait for their food. They don't seem to have as much staff as usual, so the waits are longer and there is definitely more priority on the drive thru... instead of counter. I wonder why they suddenly cut back on people? Would also like to express concern over the fact that theshake mixer isn't wiped down between orders a lot? I hope the cleanliness hasn't worsened like the wait times. Read more
