I've always enjoyed the occassional breakfast burger. I've noticed in the past 10 years or so nearly every Carl's Jr. I've been... to sufferred from increasily poorer quality. That is however, not the case with this location. Since changing to new management1-2 years ago the quality of this location is significantly better than every local location. Every burger I've ever had herewere phenomenal since that management change. Please keep up the good work. Read more
The Carl?s Jr. near the district shut down so drove to this location for their breakfast burgers. Drive through was slow even... with very few cars going through the line. They had me pull around to the front after ordering two combo meals to wait for myorder. Took about 10 minutes. The person taking my order seemed to be doing everything and was professional. The customer service was great, unfortunately all 3 times we've ordered the "less carb option" that comes with the burger... wrapped in lettuce we have been very dissatisfied. There's only one piece of lettuce which barely wraps around the burger, andit had been wilted or brown with each burger. Read more
Open on SUNDAYS! I wanted something else but that fast food place was closed and Carls Jr was right next door and open. Food was... good. Staff was nice. And the atmosphere was comfortable and warm compared to the cold weather outside. Read more
Dropped by in the morning for breakfast for their sausage egg and cheese biscuits. They were so good. The biscuits were fresh,... hot and fluffy! This is the only item I?ve gotten from Carl?s Jr. No pics because my family and I ate them before we could getour phones out. Read more
How far will you drive for kindness? Carl?s Jr?s in my opinion has the greatest flavor in their burgers ???? Yet, I am sick of... the rudeness of employees the food is either undercooked, isn?t hot, or the way I ordered it! I decided today after suchrudeness and low quality food in my recent experiences with Carl?s Jr.?s in the West Jordan and the Taylorsville Carl?s Jr.?s,Especially the West Jordan location! That I wanted not to give up on Carl?s Jr.?s, instead I would drive whatever distance ?tothe Carl?s Jr.?s with the best reviews in SLC County. I went online and to my disappointment they were all pretty even ,exceptone location, 126 S and 1830 West, Riverton, Ut. I decided I would call the surrounding locations and see who would even answertheir phone, and if they were even civil! The only location that picked even up their phone, after was the above addressedlocation in Riverton. Bonus not only was she civil, she was friendly, and gave me the information I needed to the question Ihad! Wow, true kindness! Already I didn?t mind that I would need travel beyond the 5 other locations closer to me to receivekind service( in the picture provided is the proof!) Though you cannot see her smile behind the mask, her eyes are smiling ????Now to check the food ???? Mind-blown! The food was fantastic, hot, cooked to perfection! Tasted Amazing! Turns out the girl whois in the picture above is one of the managers, she also was the one who took my call? while I ate in the parking lot, she wasamazing with each and every customer ? they were busy? in order to meet the demand we were asked to pull around in the frontwhile they freshly cooked our food. It was refreshing to see that she treated all the customers the way she did me! I think that Carl's Jr is got great hamburgers I usually get the number one single it's just as big and just as feeling as... Burger King's Whopper so kudos to Carl's Jr the french fries are wonderful if you've never had any of their sandwiches go cuz Ido have some great breakfast burritos too Read more
