Unfortunately I am leaving this review because I had a terrible experience. I have been going here and have always received... great experience until today. I went around 8:30 PM, and got dinner. I drove home and my order was incorrect. I was fine withthis and very patient when I went back to get the order corrected. I got my new order briefly looked at it, and then went home.Much to my disappointment, The order was incorrect again. I drove over to the store, and was told that I needed to come back thefollowing day because they were now closed. I asked to speak to a manager who didn?t seem to believe that my order wasincorrect. The person who incorrectly took my order confirmed that it was indeed incorrect again. The manager then proceeded totell me that they didn?t have enough food items out to make my meal again. He was nice but did not offer any additional helpother than telling me to come back the following day and that he would pay for my meal. I was extremely disappointed andfrustrated. When someone goes through the drive-through, their order should be accurate and correct. If it is not, it should bemade correctly regardless of the circumstances. I am disappointed because I feel like the staff and manager should have gone togreater lengths to make it right since it was their mistake. Read more
They couldn't answer a simple question, "how much is a single chess quesadila?" Something that costs $0.60 in most places I had... to buy one to find out it costs $6 for one dry and cold tortilla with some chess in it there'saonlinemenu but it also doesn'thave how much it costs.. the only reason I didn't make a bigger deal about it was because there was cars behind and I knowwasn't their fault that I picked this bad service place to come eat.. never again.. This was our second stop at a Costa Vida within a week, which is probably a good indicator of how much our family enjoys it.... Great food for the whole family. This location was a nice stop as we drove across Nevada from Utah to California. Cleanbathrooms as well. Thanks! Read more
Pretty good fast casual food. Food is almost always missing something, so make sure you have it all. Rarely is it correct when... ordered online or in drive through. In store is accurate. Staff is friendly and quick to fix issues when they arise. Read more
Had a coupon for a free drink with the purchase of a small grilled chicken salad. I ordered the large grilled chicken salad and... they wouldn?t give me the free drink. I absolutely love Costa Vida. I have yet to be unimpressed with their food. Today I went to Costa Vida and ate lunch with a... coworker after eating nothing all day, and it was just what I needed. I love this specific location because it has promptservice, friendly workers, and is literally less than 5 minutes from my house. So that?s a plus! Thanks Costa Vida. ???? I willsee you next time!
