DO NOT GO!!!!I won?t give one star too. It happened so many times before too, delay pick up time. Today it was the worst. My... pick up time changed 3 times. We were waiting for 1 hour in car and when i went inside to check they said it might be another 25minutes. So from order to estimated pick up time was 2 hours+. This place just keeps getting worse! Pizza takes over an hour and a half to make like I would of ordered knowing this, and... when I pick it up the pizza has zero pepperoni even though the order shows them... I tried to call to remedy the situation but could never get ahold of anyone. Will never go here again. Just waste of your precious time and money Read more
Expected delivery time said between 26-36 minutes. However, 36 minutes after ordering my order still said it was in ?prep?... status, not even baking. I tried to call twice, the first time I waited on the phone for 7 minutes with no answer. The secondtime I waited for 10 minutes, they answered the phone and hung it up right away, without saying anything at all. It has now beenabout 45 minutes since my order and I can?t even get on the phone with them to get an estimated time frame or any updatesbecause they apparently don?t want to answer the phone. Still not sure why 0 stars isn't a thing yet ??????? this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST place EVER! On a Thursday night at 7:30 I waited... an hour and a half (order was only suppose to take 35 mins) , called repeatedly with no answer, had to then drive up there(after already including a tip in my payment). This is the most dysfunctional dominos ever. They do NOT answer phones Online ordering is down majority of the time The order... will always take over an hour There is absolutely no way to even contact them to bring up these issues. Like are the ownersclueless or something. If they are short staffed to the point where they cant even answer the phone. The owners should be inthere filling up empty shifts and actually trying to make their business function. Like for reals, who lets their businessfunction like that. It doesn?t look good all. This place is so understaffed that the guys working have no chance of keeping up. Was told it would take 20 mins longer than my... expected time, now 45 minutes later I still don't have food. Whoever owns this place is doing a terrible job and your staff issuffering the consequences. Do better for your business but also for your staff. These guys are trying their best, they'reobviously overwhelmed. You as a business owner aren't giving them what they need to succeed. Read more
I?ve given this place many chances, this time being the last one. While the food is respectable enough, (if you ever get it) the... amount of time you wait is absolutely unacceptable. I usually order a couple of medium pizzas at a time and I?m currentlywatching the pizza tracker tell me that the order I?ve placed OVER an hour ago is still not even in the oven. The last time, Iwaited over 2.5 hours for my damned order. When I finally got it, no apologies, no contact, no coupons. Atrocious service.Especially when you?ve already pre-paid a tip. They also flat out refuse to answer the phone. Even if you call to try and cancelor get any updates, they will literally let the phone ring for several minutes before picking up just to hang up the phone inyour ear. (Not exaggerating) Avoid this place unless you?re able to pick it up on your own and, even then, avoid this placealtogether if you don?t want your money wasted and inexcusable customer service. Google says it?s rated around three stars, readthe last 30 reviews or so from the last few months, this place is hardly one star or less rated. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE! I ordered at 2:33pm to be delivered at 5:30pm. 5:30 came and tracker says delivered with NO order... delivered. Called the store and got hung up on, called back again and he said the driver is out with your order should be10-15min. 6:30pm comes still no pizza, called again and was told my order NEVER LEFT THE STORE! it has been sitting for an hour!The guy said oh I can throw in a 2L coke, I said I don't want it cold, he says "oh you know it shouldn't be to cold" WHAT!? Hethen says they will re make it and deliver it in 30min. 7:30 came 2 hours later and still NO pizza, called back for a fullrefund and was told they ran out of pizza sauce, okay but not on my order... Emailed corporate as well as they clearly don'trespond to reviews. TERRIBLE SERVICE 10/11/22 -- UPDATE called and spoke to Don who was amazing!
