Ordered online... Issues with getting the order to go through. Finally got it to work and picked up my order. What I ordered... and what I received were two totally different things. I ordered a 22 piece boneless wing and an 11 piece boneless wing, bothwith curly fries. What I got was overcooked nuggets with a splash of some sort of sauce on them and regular fries. Looked onthe website to contact the company... Zero ways to directly contact them. Call the number and get referred to the website. Seemslegit, when you are a ripoff company, why field any complaints? Disappointed is an understatement. The automatic 20% tipadd-on at checkout is certainly laughable considering they didn't deliver even close to what was ordered. Stay away from thisbait and switch operation. At least McDonald's is honest about their $hitty food and has the means to make it right. Read more
Absolutely delicious. We have been looking for wings since we moved from TN. Their smoked wings with apple BBQ were perfect. We... ordered through Uber eats and the wings came perfectly warm. The driver made other stops, so unfortunately the fries were soggy.We will definitely get these wings again. Maybe next time we'll dine in. Read more
Well not order from this place. I wanted a 16 p wing. I was informed they don't do I, I would need to call chilies, they use... same place. I was also told use the internet. So why does there menu have ill these choices. So I went to the business nextdoor. Great wings. Read more
I really only had this with doordash. The wings are good, lots of sauces to choose from. The fries didn't travel well, always... seem to arrive soggy. I also don't like that you can't change your order to ask for bluecheese instead of ranch. I.. I'm not aranch person. But yeah, if you want wings these guys make some nice ones Read more
Don't forget that everyone working in the service industry is a human, life is not easy, and things don't always work out... exactly as anticipated. Chicken came with no sauce and the fries look old and gross. I got a full refund from Doordash but I wouldn't recommend this... location. I've never had a problem with the American Fork location. Read more
This place sux. Had a long day at work. The lady came to my car and gave me my food. I left. Should've checked my order was... correct. Got home and I had 2 side orders of fries and a 11 boneless mango habenaro combo. The only thing that was right was thesprite. Should've gotten a 22 boneless combo. Don't go here.
