OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I've been a KFC fan my whole life, this location seems to be on the decline... Came here recently with... my family, first impression was when I went to open the door- look at this door handle ???? Then after standing at the counterfor nearly 5 minutes. I shouted out "Hello?" about four employees came out of nowhere, the one staring at his phone at the drivethru didn't notice us, or even bother looking up. (I think he had ear buds in) Food was below average, I think that's a chainwide issue. The employees were helpful once they knew we were there. For the price increases we are seeing it would be nice towalk in to a nice clean environment and be greeted by helpful, cheerful crew. Read more
We dropped by just the other day, and I thought it wasn't open because it seems so dark on the inside. There was a note on the... door that said they were doing drive through only. So, I figured we should see if they were actually open, and they were. Iwas very surprised on how fast the service was, but the chicken was all extremely over cooked with very few exceptions. It wasso dry I could hardly chew it. The muffins however were the best I've ever had from there in my life...go figure. Only reasonfor the 3 star were the muffins, otherwise 2. Read more
A bit surreal. This KFC cancelled our door dash order the first order we placed (after it was supposed to arrive because some... items “weren’t available”) When we ordered online for pick up, I arrived 5 mins after — little bit of cushion — andwhen I arrived — because it was a “large order” a 12 piece and a 6 piece — i was informed that they didn’t have thatmuch chicken on hand and would have to cook the chicken. Another 30 minutes!!!!! Assuming that is true (it was not that muchchicken) why did they even give me an ETA on the pickup that I tried to time. Why didn’t they tell me that when I ordered. Iwould have just driven over 30 mins later rather than sitting in the parking lot since the lobby is closed. Lame!!! Read more
Very poor quality Original recipe, the breading on both breasts was missing making the breast thoroughly greasy. The breading... left on the remainder was doughy white and inedible. I ordered the 8 piece with 2 coleslaws and got a pint and 1/2, one was halfway full. I know chicken and would never put this product out. The manager did not listen and was extremely patronizing tellingme there wasn’t much she could do since it was cooked in grease, taking no responsibility what so ever and just wanted to getme off the phone like she’s heard it all before. My loyalty is to KFC for personal reasons and doubt even the Colonel wouldeat it. This location is uncaring and inconsistent. No more passes from me. Read more
My husband went to pick up the chicken meal, they were out of biscuits and said it would take 20 minutes to cook them. He asked... for an extra cole-slaw but they said they couldn’t do that without charging him. Then he asked for extra potatoes, nope..theycouldn’t do that either. What they could do is charge him for the meal that included the biscuits but not give him anybiscuits. When is that type of customer service allowed? He did say the Island girl was very helpful and apologetic but when theyoung manager got involved that is when things went south. Read more
This location has had a rough patch but the last few rimes I've been there it's been a great experience. If you haven't been... here in a while or don't think you should go because of the poor ratings give it shot again. I'll update this review if I findthe past couple times we're a lucky fluke. Way over priced. Orderd 8 piece chicken tenders. Only got 7 and two of them where size of a key. Payed $19.00 for this. What a... joke! On top of that it wasent even chicken. Now they use plants in place of chiken. Never going back there again. Read more
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get cold food and the incorrect order , all for the low low price of $24.99. But... my time wasted, priceless. Also the incorrect food was inedible, the chicken was cooked to stone and so we're the biscuits. Read more
