I placed an order for pick up online. The email said it would be ready at 5:12. I waited until 5:18 to say something. They... hadn?t even started baking it yet. Someone who walked in and ordered after I asked about my pick up order received their pizzas,more than 1, before I got my 1 pizza?If you order online then call to confirm they are cooking it before driving over andexpecting it to be ready. I went in for 3 cheese and 3 pepperonis. Luckily they had them hot and ready! However, the man at the counter said he would... rather me wait 15 minutes and have pizza ready for OTHER customers who might want some. Quick note, I was the only customer inthe store. They were not ordered by someone, he made it very clear that I should wait and that future customers should get hot &ready pizza. I went to another store and got 6 pies, no problem. What a joke. Little Caesar?s is currently advertising their sausage pizza as a Hot N Ready between 4-8pm. We ordered ONE pizza, was told... there was going to be a few minute wait. Shouldn?t have been a wait, otherwise it?s not Hot N Ready. Regardless, we waited?for25 minutes for ONE pizza. Meanwhile they are cranking out pepperoni/cheese pizzas to fulfill other orders, including onlineorders. They should have been making the pizzas in the order they were ordered AND put a priority on those who are actuallythere in the store. Bad customer service; we wont go to this location again. I'm eating those on the service here. We all know Little Caesars isn't the best pizza but I don't go here for high end foods I... go for a quick bite to eat. This Little Caesars has always been great about making anything fresh when I ask for it and tellthem I'll wait. I love the Cheese bread but it's got to be fresh. Occasionally I'll get extra cheese forgetting that completelyunnecessary since there's plenty on it regularly here unlike other cheese breads from other places *cough* MOD Pizza *cough*dominoes. Best pizza ever Came in on a Monday at 9pm and the single worker was super nice and made my wife and I THE BEST Little Ceasers... Pizza we've ever had! These were awful. I called to complain but was told the manager wouldn't be in for a week. I called today but they didn't seem... to care. So I guess I'll buy my pizza else where. Also half cheese half pepperoni is 7 bucks instead of the 5 bucks. You can geta cheese or a pepperoni for 5 but half and half they charge more. Great business model! Read more
