Times visited: 3+ Franchise: I've eaten Marcos a few times across the valley and I think my consensus is that they're a great... "local feeling" competitor to Dominos. You have some pretty fresh & delicious tasting pizzas, for a price that hurts withoutcoupons. I definitely think you should give them a try if you haven't already, as I feel for most people after your first orderyou'll know whether or not you like them better than Dominos. They offer some unique flavor combinations, and their free cheesebread coupon is definitely worth doing the obnoxious survey for. It's also a great deal if you can get the large pepperoni for10 bucks online. Of the two desserts, didn't care for the cinnamon squares, something really chemical tasting about them, butthe brownies were excellent. Location: Ordering for delivery or pickup seems to always be a mixed bag. We ordered for pickuptwice and delivery through GrubHub once. It's clear that you have to plan your dinner 1 or even 2 hours in advance if you wantyour pizza by a specific time. One time we tried doing delivery and it said it would take 3 hours, but pick up would only take30 minutes. So I'm not sure what that's about. But, it's fresh food, not fast food, so I understand, and you should too, so Idon't find any issue with all that. The people at the location were really nice when I walked in and it seemed like a clean andfun environment. I liked the outside seating option as well, even though we didn't do that. So, the pizza was good as usual, but this was the first time I'd ordered from this location. One of my pizzas was clearly... someone else's as it wasn't even close to what we'd ordered. But we ate it all the same, and it was still a legit Msrco's pizza.Just wished it was the one we ordered, but what are you going to do, right? Maybe next time. Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could, pizza is delicious but this location and management lack the customer service necessary for a... good business. Every order is incorrect or missing something, and you?re only offered a store credit so you?ll have to come backto the abysmal customer service. I ordered a salad and the location was out of salad, so instead of notifying me, they chargedmy card and had their poor young delivery driver delivered the news. When I asked the store manager for a refund for the salad,I was offered a store credit and that was the only compensation as the transaction was completed. They took 5.99 for somethingthey didn?t have to begin with, and couldn?t refund $6 for something they couldn?t provide. $6. $6. I was told to call corporateto request my $6 refund for the salad you never had, and didn?t notify me before you delivered so your poor driver had to beyour martyr. Been here quite a few times over the last couple of years. The last few times, the food has not been quite as good as before. ... The salads have barely had any chicken and toppings on the pizzas have barely been there. I included a picture of the pizzawith very little olives and enough mushrooms to count on one hand. Read more
