We have not had a good experience at this McDonalds in over 2 years. The drive thru is always super slow. There is always... missing food, missing condiments, missing drinks, and today half of my order was missing. They didn?t forget to charge me thefull amount. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else to order your food. It might even be quicker if you drive to adifferent location. Read more
Tonight was the last chance. Messing up once in a while to the same customer is expected. Messing up twice in one week to the... same customer, and other times not mentioned, is unacceptable. And really, about every other time we order from this locationsomething is wrong with our food. Tonight is it. Running out of lettuce, sandwiches put together like Lucile and Ethel on theconveyor belt, fries made for crunchy texture. The only line the order taker knows is ?is that all??, not asking if we want itin a meal, what size or drinks. And after adding that information, how does she respond? ?Is that all?? Been to this location few times and they always give missing items or something replaced. Got 2 biscuits instead of sausage on... my big breakfast one time. I didn't receive my hash browns another time on my big breakfast and my eggs were little liquidy satin the drive thru for 15 minutes as I seen others drive away with there big breakfast meals like I was forgotten. Seen the ladybehind me park and take her drink back in. They just need to pay attention get the orders right and if they are out of somethingsay so we can order something different. Have been so disappointed everytime idk why I continue to go back. Train your employeeswho by the way look to young to be working. It only takes 2 seconds to double check an order and 2 seconds to say we ran out ofsomething. Lack of ordering on the managers part and lack of employee training. Read more
Ordered a large Diet Coke, two hot and spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fry and four sauces. Managed to get the sauces right... but received the order with no fries. I?ve ordered so much McDonald?s but I always get fries, regardless of how old or dry.Pretty sure the employees just got raises. Step it up guys. Read more

I came for dinner, and spent over $40, quarter pound burger, two filo fish sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich (all meals) and... happy meal for kids. None of us could finish their food. It was tasteless, cold. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and gotregular one, fries were cold (like they've been sitting for long time), I was surprised when we first entered the place cos itwas empty, after my experience I understand why not a lot of people come here. I hope management read customer comments and makesome good changes if they want to save the business. Horrible food and service. Read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Don't waste your time there. I was in the drive thru line with both lanes open, but no one taking... orders in the second lane and no cones to block it off so people wouldn't be waiting there. So I circled around and tried goinginside to order instead and no one was at the front to take orders and I was ignored and left. There were also people sittingoutside in their car for pick up orders and they were ignored too. Seriously don't waste your time, I'm sure they wereunderstaffed but it was breakfast time and it's always busy at that time, they should have enough people to staff it. Read more
