Not impressed. We ordered our food online, when my son went to pick it up they had given our food to somebody else (without... making them show a confirmation order number to prove it was there?s). When my son got there they said our number order wasn?tmatching with what they show but had our name on it and all our info. After an hour and a half of arguing, my husband had todrive down there separately for them to finally see that it was our order and that they messed up by giving it to someone elseand remade our food. Serving sizes have shrunk. That sucks. Panda was one of the last best places that you could get a huge meal for like $9. Feed... the whole family with left overs for $30. But alas the greats have all fallen. Next taco bell? Service is good and quick. Pickups are ready when they say they will be. Still a family favorite but guess we will have to just cook even more at home.Eventually businesses have to figure out the rock has no more blood to give. Read more
The food was hot and fresh, wait was short, and employees were friendly when I spoke to them. Honestly, I don't understand all... the bad reviews. A lot of them seem like online ordering issues or times where a short staffed restaurant is busy. Read more
Food is standard mass-produced American-Asian cuisine. Some dishes are better than others. Panda has lost the sense of... ?delighting the customer? and now they focus on getting you in and out in a hurry. Customer service is poor, and if you lingertoo long over which dish to choose they push you to hurry up. But still, that Honey Walnut Shrimp is just so tasty! Read more
just got our DoorDash order delivered, and one of the meal plates was missing a side of string bean chicken. Very... disappointed! Also this is not the first time! The owner/manager needs to be made aware of this kind of issue and talk to theemployees (especially the one that messed up with online orders like ????????) Read more
Mobile order is a complete joke! I ordered a simple orange chicken cub meal and went to pick it up. Not only did they only give... me 4 pieces of orange chicken, but they didn?t give me a fortune cookie, apple slices, the bottle of water I paid for, and thesoy sauce I requested. This location used to be good but lately it has gone downhill. The vegetables continue to be super old, wrinkly and smell very... old. The rice and noodles are good but the meat mixed with the vegetables is not good. My kid loves orange chicken with noodlesand even he mentioned that it's not good. Hoepfully some quality improvements can happen at this location. Read more
I want to give 4 stars because everything else tasted good, however i called a couple times to try and warn them for other... customers sakes and no answer. I was a sous chef for 2 years and worked with mushrooms often, these are not serve able. They areat least a week old and are literally growing blue spots? check the mushrooms and dont use them if theyre slimy!! Read more
