Won't order anything from the Riverton store again. I called in the morning to make sure my order was correct and would be... delivered at a specific time. This was a large order, almost $300, for a family party. At delivery time, no pizza arrived. Icalled. "Oh, ya, it's on its way." 45 minutes later, I called to inquire why it hadn't arrived. "Oh, ya, it's on its way." 15minutes later (meaning an hour late), we got nearly $300 of stone cold, fat congealed pizza, wings, knots, and breadsticks. Ittasted like leftovers out of the fridge. Our location had no way to reheat it, so we made the best of a bad situation. On apositive note, we didn't overeat and had tons of leftovers to toss in the garbage. Never going back to the Riverton store! I asked for extra yellow peppers but only got 1 piece. The guy boxing the pizza... wearing an eyeglass had an attitude and was trying to be funny. The manager was a joke, too! The crews and the manager have tobe re-trained for customer service so bad. Read more
So done with this location. Customer service is by far one of the worst. The driver was obviously lost in my neighborhood (per... the tracker) so I called the store to let them know. They said the driver had another stop. That?s fine. However, I tracked thedriver to another neighborhood prior to my delivery. The manager and the person answering the phone was rather short with me anddidn?t care one bit. I finally got my cold pizza, which now no one wants. I?ve had the same issue in the past, as well as simplygetting my order wrong. I?ve given this location ample opportunities to make things right. Took them almost 3 hours to deliver my order, they lost it the first time. Had to call twice before any food was delivered.... Never rang the doorbell and never knocked. This morning we found our order by the gate crawling with ants. Will never beordering from the riverton store again. Read more
I am so mad. I called for pickup. I asked for two bbq chicken pizzas. One with pineapple on half and the other half no onions.... Second one was a bbq chicken pizza with pineapple. I swear that I had to repeat my order over and over in different ways tohelp the person understand. I called back and had another guy repeat the order back. My mom went to pick up the pizzas and shecame back home with the pizzas with onions on all of it. So I called to have them remake it and they made it wrong again withpineapple on half and onions on the other half. I call and order pizza so I can enjoy my night which I rarely have and don?thave to make dinner for my family. I ended up just picking off the stuff I don?t like but what?s the point of spending $50 forone meal just to get exactly what you don?t want. Just got our pizza delivered. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get. It also came cold. We tried calling to cancel the order 5... different times and would get put on hold and disconnected or sent to a call center. Absolute nightmare Read more
I just picked 4 of the best extra large pizzas. I ordered 4 different pizzas and they were perfect. I have loved papa johns... pizza and this one has definitely kept up the promise of better pizzas. Josh and Tim were very friendly and professional. Iarrived 5 minutes early and the pizzas were done and waiting for me. They were efficiently working on other orders when Iarrived but stopped to help check me out with my order. Great job Josh and Tim. I absolutely love this place!!! Read more
Awesome job! The front of my house is being redone so I told the delivery driver to leave it just by the front steps and they... climbed through a pile of dirt just to bring it to my front door! We need more amazing people like you! Not to mention my pizzaarrived 30 minutes early!!! Read more
