Horrible service!! Would not recommend! I put my order in around noon for a 5 o?clock pick up. I showed up at 5:30 because I got... off late and my order still wasn?t ready. Dedawn was so rude and snippy with me when I asked if she had an estimate of how longit would be. She told me that she could give me an ETA and I?d just have to wait. Those of us with kids in tow can?t exactlyjust wait around all night for an order that was supposed to be ready a half hour before I showed up. I ended up having tocancel my order and request a refund. It?s ridiculous! I don?t care if your busy maybe you should have prepped ahead ofschedule. Pizza was ready at our scheduled pickup time, and was delicious! Papa Murphy's has some particularly unique pizzas that cannot... be found elsewhere, and since we bake them at home we can plan ahead and have them hot out of the oven when we need them withoutrunning a last-minute errand. Read more

I love the ease of picking up the pizza ready to cook. We will be coming back to try otherflavors.
