I ordered carne asada fries. I thought that they would be $9.97 like it's listed on the menu (it's under burritos, but it's the... only place carne asada fries are listed on the menu). Their food is made so much better with their guacamole salsa. But for some reason, they do not want to share it. It does not... matter which location, they will only give it to you if you make a fuss about it, or go in and get it yourself. I finally gotthem to give it to me tonight after confronting them. It didn?t have to be that difficult. But now I don?t even feel comfortableeating it because of the past health department issues. The service is horrendous. They just don?t care. Read more
This was very clean restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We got the salad with steak and it was so big it... had to come home. Huge portions! It was all great! I tried the carne asada chimi, the carne asada fries burrito, and the chips and guacamole.... Everything arrived well made and nicely packaged. I'm glad they were open late. Read more

Weird experience?? We walked in (@ 2:30pm) and only one menu was on; they then turned the rest on after we ordered. I had... ordered a drink (I thought that horchata was the same price as a soda as the menus weren't on) and had asked to have it filled,and the gal told me I was going to need to pay more for that. I wouldn't have minded paying more, but it was weird that themenus weren't on so I couldn't differentiate the drinks. The gal that took our order wasn't very friendly either. Maybe shewasn't having a great day, but it just felt that it got put onto us a bit. The food was really good! But the whole main reason I?m giving a five star review is because I went through the drive through... and they had forgotten an item I ordered, so I had to drive back to get it and I live quite far from the restaurant, so it waskinda disappointing they messed up in the first place. However! I?m not sure of his name, but an older gentleman who I believewas the manager was so nice about the whole situation and even offered a free drink to make up for their mistake! Been here many times. Zero disappointment. Love this place. My mom and sister ordered a butt tun of food one day from them with... funny reactions (as they explained). Not what you normally get at a fast food place. The order that is. They came through withflying colors. This deserved a tip. I will note though the "tip at the window" is annoying. Tips are for services like in aregular restaurant and not at the window. Raise the cost of the meals X cents if that is a problem. Its like tipping the personin a gas station because they are at the register. In my entire career I have never been nor expected a tip for regular jobduties. Read more
