My wife visited this location this morning. Her experience was horrible with Alondra G. My wife had a question about how to use... the kiosk to modify our order so she asked Alondra G. for help. Alondra scoffed at her and begrudgingly took her order at thecounter. One of the items came out wrong, and the employees there spoke about my wife in Spanish. Something needs to change atthis location. Until then we will be patronizing other locations. Read more
I was told they were "out of" Mexican pizzas. I've never been told that ("out of") at a fast food restaurant. So, the manager... isn't ordering enough product, or the staff didn't want to make it (I did order late night; 11pm). I do like that the drivethru here is always very fast. Read more
I had a pick up order, and came in and saw my order on the back counter. So I sat at the registers for 20 mins waiting for... someone to acknowledge me and hand me my food I see sitting getting cold. Not only was it me waiting, but 3 other peoplefrustrated being purposely ignored by the 10 workers. That has happened more than once at this location. Do better. Read more
