My parents ordered food and there was barely any meat and it was super cold and the tortillas were hard. We usually love taco... time and have been loyal customers for years. I even have worked there at the Draper taco time. We went there tonight to get arefund because of how Horrible the food was and even called in advance to tell them what happened. The man found the complainton his clip board and the lady we talked to previously on the phone said we could get a refund if we brought in the receipt. Theman refused to give them a refund and was so rude! He yelled at us even though we just calmly told him what happened. RivertonTaco time employees are terrible and so rude! They need to be better trained and treat the customers better. Worst experienceever there. We aren’t the only ones who have had a bad experience here. Worst shift supervisor ever on Saturday Sept 17 At 8:30 pm. We called and complained about food we had gotten a couple of weeks... earlier. The gal was very sweet and apologetic on September 3rd when we called in a complaint. The food was horrible and cold.Lemonade tasted like chemicals. I was sweet she was super sweet and apologetic. She took my name down and recorded the complaintand explained that we could get our money back or get have them to remake it, just bring in the receipt. When we came back twoweeks later to get our refund, athe guy claiming to be a supervisor acted like he couldn't give our money back. He told someoneto stop making us replacement"burritos"! We never ordered burritos! Our failed order was two super soft taco combo meals! Hewould not refund our money. We told him we'd come back during the day to talk to someone who knew how to deal with dissatisfiedcustomers during the day shift. Get it together Riverton Taco Time. We have never asked for a refund after coming therefor decades! We've never had to. It's always been good. Even the customer service was impeccable the night we called to explainthe problem on the 3rd. But on the 17 when we came back for our refund the guy was a total jerk, good grief. I hadn’t eaten here for a while but was pleasantly surprised how good it was and plan to be back more often. Prices have gone... up quite a bit like everywhere else but I guess I understand it is how things are now. Morgan helped us up front and she wasreally friendly and attentive. I wish they still had the salsa bar inside. Read more
CAUTION : I generally don't do a review oine but tonight I picked up food for my husband and I and a baby and ordered 2 taco... salads no tomato 6 crips tacos no tomato a cheese quesadilla and 1 mexi fry. The tacos and salsa both had tomatoes on them butto make it worse one of the salads had a HAIR in it and the other salad under the lettuce was like mush? It was so gross! Thenone of the tacos had two shells. We were the only customers, so it was not because they were busy. The guy working the window was really nice, they were only taking cash…which is fine but inconvenient. Then he said the rice... didn’t cook all the way so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for that to cook….I only got a #5 regular size. Darn. Washoping this location was better but taco time all around is just going downhill :/ Read more
The food is good but it is BS they charge 2.00 for water I'm ok with some places charging .20 cents for the cup . Most places... are free. I don't really want soda. Last time I'm eating here out of principle. Fiesta Ole is better anyway.... Read more
