You're out of chicken, fries(funny there was one in the onion rings you substituted) AND you completely forgot an entire part of... our order. It was simple two large onion rings(since your out of fries) , two cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, 2 whoppers andjalapeno bites(which were forgotten). Also, is your food ever at proper temp? It's always cold, cheese not even melted on theburgers and stale cold onion rings. It's sad to say but, good thing for the gas station or you would've shut down by now. Have visited this location several times. My order is never correct. They add cheese even when you say no or they?ll just give... you what they want you to have. The service is rushed & will not allow you to finish your order. They?re rude & I wouldn?trecommend you eat here. Read more

Actually less than 1 star. This place has regularly given us the wrong bag in the drive through. But tonight took the cake.... Seriously All I ordered was a Whopper with cheese Combo I originally asked for Dr.Pepper They said oh we r out of Dr. Pepper-Noproblem Coke-Sorry we are out of Coke-What do you have got my wife a Root Beer. I decided I better check the meal before pullingaway. The Riverton burger King is the worst one that I have been to. One day the drive through is closed then the next day the lobby... is closed because of being short staffed or inexperienced staff. The staffs attitude needs alot of improvement. And the waittime I can cook my food faster. There's always some excuses from managers. This store needs alot of improvement and differentmanagement. Manger is nice lady but they have supply issue . 5 out of 7 days they are out of something tonite was large Patty's. I am one... of the top doordasher in this area and I will refuse every burger king order till this is fixed. The district manger should hadfixed this issue that has been going on for months. This hurts customers as well as doordasher who's time is wasted. Read more
I placed a lunch mobile order thru the app for a whopper combo. I made some changes to it and they got it all correct. The staff... was restocking the drink machine and wiping surfaces down when I came in. They were all in good spirits and treated me great! Iwould come back again. They treated me better than the one nearest my home! Read more
