Could use a little bit more training. My quarter pounder was not how I ordered it and when I took a bite it was still raw. And... when e had the fix it they said they couldn't fix because they were getting ready to close. So the next day I called and talkedto the general manager and she didn't do anything about to fix what happen. To this day I will not here. Read more
My bf and I got our food through the drive thru, which was a good experience, and went home. As we went through the bag, all the... burgers had onions on them, which I asked for no onions on mine. My bf called McDonald's and told them what happened and theywere polite, respectful, and fixed the problem immediately. They said that they'd make us new burgers, would make sure there'dbe no onions on them, and would give us cookies for their mess up. The new burgers I recieved had no onions and they did as theypromised :) excellent customer service! Read more
