We usually love eating at Wendy?s because of the value, the flavor, and the convenience for gluten-free eating. This experience,... however, was decidedly substandard. I got the impression staff were more interested in going home than in serving the customerswho fund their paychecks. The food was okay but not great, the service passable (barely) but not exceptional, and the overallexperience was nothing like we?ve come to expect from Wendy?s. Maybe extenuating circumstances contributed to our experience.Hopefully others have a better experience than we did, because we were very disappointed. Read more
Drive up line horribly long, parked and went in, stood in line waited good 10 minutes and never waited on. Walked out along with... another couple. Terrible and rude. Burger King got our order right away and the employee was very courteous. Wendy?s inRiverton sucks. Read more
There's usually a long line at the drive-thru. it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your food, the french fries are fresh... and hot and the burgers are good. Read more
Riverton WY. Waited 10 minutes in drive through. Line didn't move at all. Parked and went in. 3 persons in line ahead of me.... After 30 minutes the first person in line only had part of their order. I left without ordering. Read more
We were traveling in Wyoming and I have to say this was probably the best Wendy's experience I've ever had.The service was... amazing fries were cooked perfectly and the burger was delicious.And I can't forget to mention that the frosty was tasty aswell. Read more
The lobby was dirty! I mean disgusting, food all over the table?s! Napkins, food and garbage all over the floors. Garbage over... flowing the trash cans. We were one of two families in the establishment. While we were there one employee filled the napkinsbecause I had to ask for them because they were out. All the employees were just standing around. When I went to ask for amanager to tell them about how dirty it was. The manager proceeded to tell me they have been busy with a bus. We had beensitting in there for at least 20 minutes. They were not busy at the time! Needs to be cleaner! Read more
