Just left baskin robins after ordering a hot-fudge sundae, very disappointed. The first bite I put into my mouth was awful. The... hot fudge was burnt and clumped together, so bad that I could hardly chew. When we went up to the drive through speaker toexplain what was wrong, the guy wouldn?t even let my husband finish speaking before he said ?that?s all the hot fudge I have?.He then proceeded to argue with my husband about whether or not the hot fudge was actually burnt and told him ?it?s just nothot?. We asked him for a refund and he goes ?I can give you some whipped cream, ice cream, and nuts? and when asked again abouta refund he said ?can?t do that.
