Just left baskin robins after ordering a hot-fudge sundae, very disappointed. The first bite I put into my mouth was awful. The... hot fudge was burnt and clumped together, so bad that I could hardly chew. When we went up to the drive through speaker toexplain what was wrong, the guy wouldn?t even let my husband finish speaking before he said ?that?s all the hot fudge I have?.He then proceeded to argue with my husband about whether or not the hot fudge was actually burnt and told him ?it?s just nothot?. We asked him for a refund and he goes ?I can give you some whipped cream, ice cream, and nuts? and when asked again abouta refund he said ?can?t do that. Don?t have manager numbers or anything, so that?s not possible.? My husband asked if we couldcome back tomorrow, but I?m honestly not interested after this. Read more

I have tried this Baskin Robbins many times and many times I have been disappointed but this was just ridiculous I asked for a... double scoop of vanilla and double scoops of Oreo topping and this is what I got. Then when I told them that they charged me fordouble scoops of vanilla and double scoops of Oreo topping they looked at me crazy. So I got charged $6 for this. I had toeventually ask for more Oreos. Giving 4 stars because I ordered a birthday cake and it was great, however I wouldn?t come here to spend time because the store... was pretty messy... crumbs and such all over the counters, nothing seemed very nice or presentable. We walked in at 9:40, after being told they close at 10 over the phone. The woman rudely told us to leave and that we could only... order in the drive through lane. Not the first time receiving such unacceptable customer service from this establishment. We went inside the store to place our order. The employee taking our order was very nice. We got our order except for the... drink. We checked on it and another employee went and made it for us BUT.. he slammed the drink on the counter when he broughtit out to us while displaying a not so frienly attitude thus ruining an otherwise pleasant experience.
