Worst experience placed our drink order got our 2 beers waitress asked if we were ready to order asked for 2 more minutes over... half hour later two newer tables ordered got their food and still no waitress to take our order made eye contact multiple timesstill not taking our order. finally asked for manager she comes over we tell her what happen she evidently went and checkeddrink order time waitress walks over to her says something laughs Manger comes back to us comps our 2 beers and offers us 2coupons we say not necessary give to the family with kids across from us we get up to leave she walks away not giving coupons tofamily like we asked her to. Worst service ever. We won't be back. *Follow up: We ended up driving over to the one just off bigbend the service was outstanding the food was on point.The restaurant on 301 and Gibsonton would definitely benefit by learningfrom the big bend restaurant about customer service. We want to give a huge shout out to the manger Roberto Velez and the staff!! My husband?s birthday was a day before hurricane... ???? Ian came and we wanted to celebrate with the family! Roberto took care of us as we called ahead for 20 people he had thetable set up for us when we got there and our waitress was amazing! Our food came out hot and nothing was missing! Our kids hada great time at this family restaurant would definitely recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a family friendlyrestaurant! Showed up on a trivia night but was seated with 10 minutes. Service was great but was not thrilled with the food. I had the trio... fajitas with no flavor. Was surprised cause the fajitas used to be amazing. My girls had the boneless wings, which were good andfries that had no seasoning or salt at all. Just seemed like someone forgot to season things. The boom boom shrimp was the bestthing we ordered. 109$ for 6 of us in total plus an appetizer I expected better tasting food. Read more

We have lived in Riverview a long time but never go here. They have a fresh new look and amazing service. The appetizer were... refreshing and light. Often it is heavy and make you feel guilty for eating it. The chips were light and crisp and the chickenwas perfectly cooked and yummy. Excited to try many of their new menu meals in the future. The waitstaff here is great and the bartenders are always on top of it. Been coming to beefs for years and the menu has evolved... over time. Can?t go wrong with the wings, wraps and tacos. Ask for Buffalo sauce for the tacos if you want some extra kick! Read more
