I ordered an Oreo milkshake at 10395 Big Bend Rd Riverview Florida restaurant via app at 9:46pm on 11/15/22. I arrived at the... store 5 minutes before 10pm and a female employee locked the door. I drive up to the drive thru that the receptionist stated shedidn't have my order after I confirmed my ID. She also told me the machines weren't working. Why would the item be available forpurchase if the machines weren't working? She even told me she couldn't refund me if I made a payment on the app. What kind ofprofessional service is this if no one makes it right. I want my $3.97 return to my account and I'm never coming back. Read more

We went through the drive thru after baseball practice and they forgot my nuggets. Never again. No time to go back for them.... Tried to do the survey to complain and no code on the receipt to complete it. Do better BK. We won't return anytime soon and Iwill tell everyone to skip that BK location! Read more

I just recently ordered a an impossible burger or what I perceived to be an impossible-burger. When I bit into the burger, I... immediately recognized that it was beef. Despite the artificial test of impossible burger, there is a distinct taste in beef. Ireached to facility, & explained to the manager. She went through normal preliminary benchmark: 1. does it have the impossibleburger wrapper. When I replied yes, she asserted that it is the impossible burger. As if, this preclude any possible level ofmistake that could occur from the cooking crew. I get it people make mistake, but if your only solution to amicably resolve theissue was to say because it's intended wrapper without any verifiable proof that you're right. it really reinforces that itwasn't the right burger. Aside from the lack of signs that could call attention to a wet floor the manager never bothered topost within the dining area to raise awareness that the floor is wet due to rain (risk-mgt.101), the overall service waspiss-poor, this incident really capped it off for me (dishonesty). I highly suggest the district manager re-train the staff. Read more

This Burger King is one of the better BK's around. I have been going there for years. It is on my delivery route. Food is always... hot and fresh. I contribute it to the very attentive and helpful Management team that always seem to be working as hard as everyother employee. Very professional team at this establishment. From me and my family: Thank you for giving me horrible service Burger King!!! As you can see by the vast number of recent 1... Star Reviews, this Burger King is terrible! I go in on Wednesday 06/08/22 around 3pm to get food for me and family. It was meand 3 Children. I had a code for the Spanish Lady at the counter. She then begins to make sure it was for this location. I askedher what's the address here? She had absolutely no clue. Calls me out for Code for her location being correct but had no idea ofher own work address! Trust me, she had no clue. She proceeded to look at a receipt later on to give it to me. I then enter intheir address and then it's still not sufficient for her. She mentions some codes are for mobile only orders. This whole processtakes over 5 minutes with not one food item being ordered. I then ask her: You see me with my family, why are you sweating thisso much? She didn't really have a good answer. Translation: I really don't want to help you so I'm creating roadblocks toservice you. Most good customer service places would say: No worries, what would you like and I'll take care of this for you. Idon't have to deal with poor service no matter with or without coupons. I told my family at the counter, "You know what, weregoing to go someplace else." That's exactly what me and the family did. We went to the Popeye's almost next door at 10551 BigBend Rd. I did the exact same thing, pulled up a code on their app. The lady was so very nice and even mentioned the kids mustbe on summer break. We all ate like King's and Queens. My kids were so very happy. The photo is the bag after we left. Thedifference may have been about $3-$5 in total. Well worth it. Yes, I will be giving the Popeye's a 5 Star Review.Lovely!!! Thank you, Spanish Lady maybe a Manager, for playing yourself in front of my family. Even the children with menoticed her attitude.
