Obviously being a... franchise, it's never going to be the five star quality of your favorite barbecue pit around the corner, whatever that might be.But individual subjective taste aside, Dickey's delivers on the quality of food and the sauce every time without fail. This experience within the last 24 hours has been the worst with this company. WE place an order last night for food since it... was one of those days. WE get the food that has our name on the food and the order was the wrong order. WE called back and ispoke to Cassie who said they are now closed so to call back tomorrow. I ended up calling back speaking to Cheryl who iinformed that we got the food last night and it was not what we ordered. She said ok to replacing the order. Said we will bethere around 12:30. Show up the place and they wanted to give us the run around on an order they messed up on. Make sure you arechecking your order at this place before you leave and make sure you are getting what you paid for. So i just wasted my timedriving back to the store for no reason since they have no clue what they are doing at this store. First they didn't speak when I came in. The next guy of the same color as they were came in and they spoke right away. My rib... order was all burnt, and some pieces were so small and burnt. The Mac and cheese was horrible. They gave me an end bread formy toast. Their customer service was very bad. I won't be going back. Read more

I placed an online order which was quick and easy. I ordered the brisket sandwich with drink and ribs. Outside and inside was... clean of debris, it was moderately busy inside, I let employee know I was there for pick up, employee was polite. Pricing wasokay but for the portion of ribs I would've liked meatier ribs. The ribs were good but on the dry side, I asked for once spicysauce and one sweet sauce on side, unfortunately I received 2 spicy. The beef brisket sandwich was absolutely phenomenal, juicy,flavorful, and tender. I would absolutely recommend that brisket to everyone. Overall good experience, not the best ribs, but Iwill go back to try different dishes. Read more

Always tasty food. The creamed spinich is very nice and the fried okra is delicious! 2 meat plate of brisket, raw onions and... jalapeños is my go to. The owner is very helpful and the staff are very nice and pleasant. I enjoy it every time. Read more
