I usually come to study to this place and the store is closed (to the lobby) because there is o ly 1 person 17 yrs old running... the business and for that reason we(the community) have to be affected. Besides that, the 17 yrs old girl did not say even hi,good afternoon, just we are closed. She refused to give her manager's name until the end of our conversation. employees at this location need to be trained better simple task like putting a lid on correctly when you see coffee spraying... out all over the place and hand it to a customer knowing the lids are not on correctly pretty simple stuff. some of theemployees at this location are also extremely rude Read more
The bacon on the croissant tastes burnt.. the cheese was cold. The hash browns tasted burnt as well. Was there a fire in the... kitchen or what?! My hot latte wasn?t even a full cup. Very dissatisfied. Tried ordering on app for pickup and couldn?t get thefree offering. Read more
I've been coming to this location for years. They've always had the best customer service. For the last year, service has been... spotty yet I through they may be shifting leadership. Well today the last of my patience was reached. I arrived with no morethan 2 cars ahead of me. Placed my order, paid then told to pull up to the stop sign and someone would bring out my coffee. Isat and watched as car after car was served. I looked inside, no more than 2 people in the lobby. They also came and went. Wellafter waiting 12 mins, I go inside to ask about my coffee. I asked a staff member (appeared to be the manager) were is my coffeeas I've been waiting outside. This person was quick and rude to say its right there, pointing to a cup sitting on the counter. Isaid well I've been waiting outside. They didn't even have the courtesy to look at me and acknowledge the error, instead Ireceived a very sarcastic 'sorry'. Again while still behind the equipment not even appearing to care. This location needs torevamp their leadership and retrain staff how to provide good customer sevice. I will go out of my way now to get my coffee froman established that respects and cares about its customers enough to acknowledge errors. Without us, you don't exist! Read more

This morning I went as always to get my usally 6 donuts as always do evryday , in the drive way there is this girl I couldn't... get her name because she doesn't wanna give it to me , she was the super rude girl I've never meet there , she yallow and talksalot as my English isn't good so I let her talk . I order what I always get and in a part she speak I said sorry I didn'tunderstand they start yalling on the mic. Went through the drive thru just after midnight thanksgiving eve (so it was technically already thanksgiving). As I started to... place my order all I could hear was no no no no no no no no no. I'm not sure what training the staff go through customer servicewise, but it must be very bad. I was informed they had no donuts (seriously, this is their main menu item, yes?), after whichshe claimed they had only 4 of this, 4 of that, and 4 of something else. While I do find it shocking they 'ran out of' donuts(didn't they use to make them there?), I was more put off by her lack of social skills. Most people would wait for the customerto finish (especially since all I wanted was half a dozen plain and half a dozen powdered ) and interject at an appropriate timewith "I'm sorry but we just ran out due to a large order" or something to that effect instead of no no no no no no no no no.It's funny to me how hyper sensitive the world has become to where you can't say anything these days, yet when you casually dropby for a dozen donuts on your way home, this is how you're treated. Well, all is well that ends well I suppose; I saved myself$13 and about 2000 calories, so I think I'm the one who came out ahead in the end. Read more
