Worst than McDonald?s and Burger King staff all together. I?m literally sending an email to corporate. You don?t care about... peoples allergies. What do you think would happen? Keep giving the orders with the SPECIFIC allergies they told you they haveand see how many lawsuits you get in a month. And don?t even get me started about the coffee with the taste of drainage. The drive thru for this location is always packed in the morning till just before noon. If you want your food/drink fast, order... ahead through the app so it is ready by the time you get there. That is what I normally do. I also like to order on Mondays forthe extra 100 points. Read more
The last year the service here has improved alot. I was use to only stop here when I was with out a choice of getting my coffee... some where else. The service was extremely horrible. But lately its being better. It depends who you get on the window but stillbetter than before. Read more
Came into the store this morning, ordered and forgot my coffee. So as I was waiting on my food, I ordered OnThEGo mobile... ordering thinking I was going to get my coffee pretty quick. Waited 20 minutes AFTER getting my food and I had to speak with themanager because the workers were clueless about my order. After another 10 minutes, I went back up to the counter and she saidshe?ll fix it and asked what I ordered. She got it ALL wrong. Never once did I say sweet foam cream. She even asked me if Iwanted cream I said no I specifically said almond milk. This is what I got. I?m so frustrated. Food is cold now. Wow. Just wow. Read more
Donuts are ok. Not stale, I'll take it. Coffee was a bit strong for me but if you like strong or espresso you'll love it.
