I have been to this location 2 times now. I will never go there again. The staff doesn?t appear to want to work both times. The... employees stand around for minutes after taking orders. They appear to not want to be there. You wait until they?re ready tomake the food. I?ve been to both Grain and Berry?s in Tampa and the one in St Pete. The Riverview one is always dirty also. Came here for the second time with my friend because the first visit was great. I purchased the Meat your heart out flatbread... and the strawberry field smoothie. The flatbread was great ,but the strawberry smoothie didn't taste well, it was watery. Myfriend politely asked if she could exchange for another smoothie. Staff worker stated "If you don't like it, you could just buyanother smoothie." Friend proeeds to buy mango passion smoothie, ignoring workers comments. The mango smoothie tasted worse thenfirst smoothie, it was very watery and bitter. This felt very unprofessional, I don?t normally write bad reviews but I had tovoice this out to future customers. Someone bought me a bowl from there 2 yrs ago and I've been trying to find a place here in TX to duplicate or at least come... close. It's been a let down ever since. Can't wait to visit family again just so I can get some of that goodness. Best Acaibowl ever!!! Read more

The smoothies are great but the staff is slow to recognize you are standing there. I have been there 2X with my daughter. We... have stood at the counter for up to 5 minutes without the staff ever acknowledging that we were there, even though they clearlysaw us. I thought that the first time was just a coincidence, but the second time caused me to have more questions. Do they havea problem with black people? I honestly order from here everyday. They always greet me with a smile and accommodate my custom ordered parfait. I continue to... come here of course because it?s so delicious but even more so because of employees like Mel who greets me by my name and knowswhat I love and how I love it. Visited this establishment and was happily impressed by the service from the staff, the freshness of the fruits and veggies they... use (which is done right in front of you so you see what they are putting into your drink) and the warm and comfort feeling youget from the atmosphere.
