I have giving this location 5 chances just to see if it?s just one off day or bad day but I have not yet seen nothing but lazy... and disrespectful workers . The Can?t read and hate there job .. Literally just called was placed on hold only for CONNER to get back on the phone to say he was told to stop taking orders! I... originally went online to do so but the site stated to call! It?s 9:43 and they close at 10:00 mind you I have online recipes toshow I?ve ordered this late before! The problem with establishment like these is that they hire whoever and nobody wants towork! I?m ah nurse. My shifts start at 3 they end at 11! I can?t ever say I walked out of work on time because my job doesn?tend until whatever task I?m doing is complete! So if they schedule says it ends at 10, that prompt them to stop taking ordersbefore 10 to leave EXACTLY at 10? I?m just trying to get a better understanding and as to why Hungry HOWIE?s can do such yetother establishments have to follow rules. I also need light shed as to why the person Conner was ?So-called? taking orders fromdidn?t professionally address the situation themselves. I've been ordering from this hungry howies for over 10 years. Never had an issue. Now when you call it goes to a (from the store... managers words) "a 3rd party call center" which is in India I'm guessing. I called and ordered a pizza and when I showed up topick it up 25 mins later they didn't have my order. I was a little mad because I was in of a hurry, they said they'd make thepizza and it'd be another 10-15 mins and couldn't care less the 3rd party service didn't put through my order. The manager toldme to press 5 on the automated service next time (which says "if you have any other questions press 5"). I'll be ordering pizzafrom one of the other 4 pizza places in the area from now on. Read more
Ordered our pizza two hours and 15 minutes in advance. They are almost 45 minutes late. I called the store and asked for a... refund. Was told if I get a refund, I will not get my pizzas. This is the owner?s policy. I was given the corporate number. Themanager was rude. Avoid this store. They have zero customer service. But our delivery girl was sweet. Read more
As a friend/customer of Abe and Former Employee for his cousins and family. I am giving this Howies location a Five Stars. The... food is fresh and well cooked. This business has been around since I was 8. Hungry Howies would deliver to my former schoolElementary and High School Livingstone Academy back in 2012-2013 and I?ll never forget that. This family will always have therespect for their business and the hard work and the effort they make to find good employees and run their establishments verywell. This place gives me PROBLEMS. Me and my family ordered (not to long ago) 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 boxes of cheese sticks. They... arrived with one of each and a receipt that said one of each. The girl then TAKES the receipt after I told her what we orderedoriginally, said she was gonna take it back and bring us the whole other half of our order and NEVER CAME BACK. My mother calledmore than 8 times and no answer. So she had to go down there herself and get our order. So that was great ???? And then today(11/10/22) my mom ordered the bundle that includes 2 large PEPERONNI pizzas and a 2 liter. They gave us 2 cheese pizzas and saidthey couldn?t replace it.
