I know it?s stereotypical to mock the intelligence of McDonalds employees, but these guys make it far too easy. ?No cheese?... apparently means ?put cheese on it.? And ?two apple pies? means ?just give him one.? Come on guys?is counting to 2 really thatdifficult? Sitting in drive-thru 5 minutes finally I say good morning the person says may I help you at the speaker and then completely... stops answering again after another 3 minutes waiting since I was running late just had to leave. There was plenty of staff andonly one car in the Drive-Thru at 4:00 a.m. definitely need better management. Read more
I hate reviewing fast food places like this, but here I am...My wife and I have been here probably 30 times or so for breakfast... or dinner over the last year. Of those times, our order has only not had something wrong a handful of times. We constantlyreceive wrong drinks, wrong items, wrong orders, ice cold food, barely-blended Frappuccinos, and customer service reps that areborderline disrespectful and gross. Read more
Haven't had Mickey D's in 10 years. Expectations were low, but was still so much worse than I remembered. Everything was cold... and also burnt. Meat patties on big mac are comically small (were they always?). Wasn't fast, and not even that cheap. Gave 2stars because the employees were nice. Ordered at the drive through window Bc nobody came on the speaker to take my order, at the window I say I want a sausage egg &... cheese biscuit?.I get a bacon egg & cheese McMuffin. Not even close to the same thing, call the store speak to Destiny themanager. I come back today 11/19 3 days later to replace the order. I go inside & I STILL DONT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR!!! Terrible I ordered a Big Mac and it was made wrong and when I tried to call about it was disrespected. I could understand if it... was busy but I was the only customer and they still made my food wrong. The manager with black and blonde braids watched themmake my food and still gave it to me like that. Super upset about it. She didn't have to be super rude when I called to ask themto make it right.. Stopped for dinner and ordered 2 combos and a Happy meal. All of our fries were covered in dark spots and tasted abismal. I... turned around and went back inside for a fresh batch. They looked even WORSE than the first batch! When I spoke with the managershe told me they only change their oil once a week (what?!?), which happened to be the day after we went. So if you're reallycraving the fries don't go here after Thursday, because they will not be fresh. Read more
