This was an absolutely unexpected treat! We arrived at the busiest time of rhe week (Friday dinner rush), and although there... was a slight wait, it was well worth it! That staff was friendly and attentive. Every little detail to make this a lovelydining experience was done. Even the little flower arrangement on each plate. The matching dishes, cups, saki bottles, etc...we're a brilliant accent. Now to the food... wow! So flavorful and fresh. We had sushi and orange chicken for the entrée with mango rice for dessert. WOW!!!!! I’m Speechless…. The authenticity of this place is out of this world. Every single plate Is uniquely made with... their authentic touch. From a simple general tso’s chicken, to a monster American dream sushi roll you will never tasteanything like it never only here at Moca. It starts with the owners themselves greeting you and sitting you. It’s a wonderfulcouple always smiling so kind and serviceable. Then you get a menu and your bombarded with all types of delicious options. Seethis is 4 restaurants in one. Full sushi restaurant, full Chinese restaurant, full hibachi restaurant with other Japanesespecialty food and full Tai restaurant. I say full because there menu is extensive with all types of dishes. And when you tastethe food if you didn’t know they also made the other type of Asian food you would think that was there specialty since theyare masters at every one of them. Scratch that, they are Doctors in everything that they cook. Everything is cooked fresh as youorder and you would think that would make for a long waiting time, but when you are an expert they way they are you will haveyour food fast. From just selling the delights in front of you your mouth waters up knowing it’s about to indulged in foodheaven. Every bite overloads your taste buds to new hights new dimensions you never knew existed. So amazing you just won’tbelieve what your experiencing. I guess that’s the best way to put it. Fair at best. Pad Thai was missing egg bean sprouts and peanuts. Rice noodles were mush. Flavor was good and was able to... enjoy the dish by adding my own noodles peanut egg and sprouts. Truly great sushi! Ingredients, presentation, execution, all of it. Place itself isn’t exactly anything to write home about... but the sushi was five star for sure and the service was excellent. My husband and I had a date night here. The duck roll appetizer was absolutely delicious!!! He ordered the ribs, I ordered the... Mongolian beef, both entrees were really good! My family has been to MOCA Asian cuisine several times now and it has quickly become our go to sushi spot. The sushi is always... very fresh and consistently delicious and it's all very well prepared. In addition to sushi they also serve Thai, Japanese, andChinese.
