Do not go through the drive thru. Because they will mess up your order. Best thing to do if faced with this situation is get a... refund. Don't bother having them remake it. Complaceny breeds contempt. And contemptuous employees (yound and old) create poorexperiences, especially when hungry. I witnessed drive thru personnel misinterpret an order for another unassuming customer asI was trying to get my refund. Just don't do it. Horrible experience in the drive through. Was asked to sit in a take out spot and waited for 30 minutes for them to serve... everyone inside before they brought mine and the other 4 peoples food that were waiting also. I?ve tried this location a couple times and each time I order the chow mein, they gave me an order of cabbage with a sprinkle of... noodles. It?s honestly ridiculous at this point. I like cabbage but I didn?t order chow mein to eat an entire head of cabbagewith a spritz of noodles. Other panda expresses don?t make it like this. So it?s just this location. Read more

Ordered food at 12:45. We arrived at 1:00. I left with my food at 1:30. First I was told the egg rolls were cooking. 15 minutes... later when I asked how much longer, I was told that they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken to finish. When I was given myfood I checked to make sure I had the correct number of containers. A women named Monica who appeared to be the manager asked ifI wanted to check the containers. I told her no and explained that I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and had been standing therefor 30 minutes waiting for it. She then turned around and walked away with a word. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Me and the girlfriend ordered takeout for her & the step daughter. Website said... it'd be ready for us to pickup at 1 pm.....we showed up at 1:03. She goes in to pick up the order and gets told that we'rewaiting on egg rolls and teriyaki chicken........30 minutes later we get our order. Let me also add that I don't believe thiswas an issue of employee shortage as there was 9 employees. I understand things happening but 30 minutes to wait is a littlelong!! Read more

Our family loves Panda Express. You can never go wrong with the food here. This business is the CLEANEST one we have ever been... to. I used to go here around 12-14 years ago and I'm very impressed that the quality and structure of the store looks as new asthe day it was first built. Very good food and great customer service. Also it's conveniently located next to a Target. Whatmore could you ask for? Read more

If I could rate lower for this restaurant, I would. Ordered the family meal and super greens. Waited 10 minutes extra for super... greens to cook (no big deal) when I get back to the office, they had forgotten one of my entrees, and the super greens were rawcabbage cut in chunks , uncooked. I called and spoke to ?Linnette? who rudely and uncaringly informed me I would need to comeback to that specific store for either replacement or refund which would take 7-10 days. Ok, no problem, is there any way youcan also compensate for the gas? I mean, I would?ve been happy with an order of crab Rangoon, but she absolutely refused to doanything to make up for the disappointing food and service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager wasunavailable and I could call back in 25 minutes?That SHE is managing that store. If you go to this place for lunch, expect yourorder to be wrong and undercooked, and don?t expect them to care. Read more
