I have to give kudos to this location for handling a debit card issue swiftly and professional. I placed my order online and... never received a confirmation email. I called this location and the employee calmly explained that they were having issues withonline orders and if I don't see a refund in my checking account to call a specific number. I placed my order with her and a fewminutes later I received a call from another employee advising that the order was cancelled and I should see a refund in myaccount. She was absolutely correct! They delivered my pizza without knocking or ringing the doorbell, I realized it was taking a long time i checked my ring app an... saw she left my pizza on the ground (not in a bag) 20 minutes prior without knocking on the door. My pizza box was full of antsi spoke with Tj the ?manager? who assured me he would get me another pizza out right away I wait a hour call back Tj has leftfor the day and didn?t inform his coworker of the situation my pizza was never remade and the coworker had no idea what i wastalking about ???????? I ordered through the app & it selected this location even tho I always go to one that's closer to my house. I should've checked... but I never change the address so I didn't think to look. I called them to let them know what happened & they refunded me backmy money no problem. The lady on the phone was super nice & understanding. Read more
YES!!! So happy to have a Papa John?s so close. Used to have to use the one on Big Bend, n had to wait so long; NOT... ANYMORE!!!! I understand its a new place with a bunch of new young teens learning, so it?s going to have a some growing pains,but even with that, the service was done with a smile n correct. Says they're open, but the phone hangs up before they answer, the online ordering isn't available and the employees LITERALLY... IGNORE you when you go to the store to order... With the doors locked.. Even though it was pouring rain, they still acted likemy family wasn't there and continued to stand there eating and talking. Not a very good first impression. Read more

Pizza is great but the app doesn't tell you the extra charge for flavored crust which is free at competitors. And when you call... it goes to a call center and not the location of pick up. Hence was charged $1.50 for parm cheese crust and wasn't applied topizza. Poor communication. Read more
