It's been a year since I ate at this Popeyes due to bad quality food. Being that Krispy Krunch is not serving chicken and red... beans anymore, I decided to give Popeyes a try again. Needless to say, a waste of time and money. Drive through time 20 minafter order was placed. 10 minutes at window. Total 30 minutes. Got home, here is the chicken. Greasy, greasy, greasy, andtasted burnt. Biscuits were overcooked, macaroni overcooked, Cajun Rice has a totally different taste. In all, and experienceagain. I'd rather KFC or Church's at this point and I don't eat either of these. Heck might just make it Public or Winn Dixie.Food quality is disappearing in the restaurant industry. I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone!!!! Stay far away. Foodquality and service isa reflection of management. Read more

I have given this place 5 years of my time and money, hoping things would or have gotten better! They love given old chicken... that?s been sitting for a while! Credit card machine was down; therefore, ordered to run and get cash! It really would be a goodidea to close the place down for a new restaurant that serves fresh food all the time! By far the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been too. The staff is disgustingly rude. I ordered a kids meal and two classic sandwiches.... Asked for extra mayonnaise and they acted like it was the end of the world. Asked if I could get a kids sweet tea instead of theapple juice and was told ?you didn?t ask for that?. Why work at a fast food restaurant if your going to be miserable? No oneasked you to work there. Do better! Read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORKERS. Went to Popeyes and orders off of the app at 8:30pm (they close at 10pm). We ordered two... chicken sandwiches, and when we arrived to pick them up they said ?no sorry we only have frozen ones right now, we can?t makeany?. And proceeded to tell us that our options were to call customer service and get a refund that way or we could pay extrafor a different meal. I asked if there was anything they could do or offer since this was not a problem on our end but rathertheirs? She said nope. Then when we got the food anyways, probably the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen, they were coldand they gave us probably a total of 10 fries that were all cold, I assume out of the trash. The Management and staff are amazing! The take good care with a smile. Nice to have lunch here when working with the up beat and... friendly people whom work here! Always welcome you and knowledge you when you walk in the door! I stop here at least 2 to 3times a week! The food is always Hot and fresh love that the Cajun rice is back! Have never had a bad meal nor experience in the8 months of stopping here! Read more

The lady on Wednesday 06/08/22 around 3PM was excellent!!! I came in with me and three children. She was very pleasant and... allowed me to use my code from the mobile app with no issues. Even mentioned that school is now out for the kids. The photo someof our leftovers. First Class Service!!! Me and the family will be back for more great food and service! Everyone loved thefood! By far the poorest managed Popeyes around. I keep trying again every few months because well, I love Popeyes chicken, or did. If... it's not one thing it's another at this location. Prepare to wait 30 minutes or more in the line, prepare to be told there iscash only half of the time without as much as a sign to warn you, staff has no urgency and the order will be incorrect 75% ofthe time. Went inside one day to music blasting and employees on their phones cussing and laughing, turned around and left. Itsbeen 2 months so decided to try again. Today our chicken was COLD, one piece looked like it had been under the heat for hours onend all dry and chewy, not edible, and we received the incorrect side, and was told cash only when we got to the window afterwaiting a long time to order, luckily had some. Have reported to corporate several times and management never returns a call atstore level. In desperate need of new leadership. Was so excited we were getting a Popeyes when this one opened and over theyears it's gotten worse and worse. Read more

I just left and arrived home. The incompetent staff was asked three times about a breast and wing for both orders. We were told... white meat comes in the $6 box. I arrive home 40 minutes later and there are two legs and a thigh in one order. Evidently thephone is not working. It keeps disconnecting. How do you screw up a $13 order. No training at all. I pull up to the drive thruand wait a few minutes. We finally hear, ?How can I help you?? Then it?s dead air. Not I?ll be right with you. This is the onetime I didn?t check my food after being in the doctor?s office for 7 hours today. Ridiculous and sad! Read more
