The drive thru wait is normally insane so I mobile order and pick up inside. My husband and I are going to the beach today so we... wanted a quick breakfast and we mobile ordered?. Got a bacon and sausage breakfast wrap, and it was hot on the outside/ends but ice cold in the middle. You're going to give... someone food poisoning. It's my turn in line to make my order and the barista meets with hey what's up!?! Wow Starbucks is this what we doing now? I... felt that I was getting my coffee from a bodega in the Bronx. The service was poor and it lacked cleanliness. Starbucks areusually tidy and clean at least from my experiences. Attention corporate in the state of Florida your employees desperately needtrading in customer service. Especially here in the state of Florida. I know that help is a problem in this state due to peoplenot wanting to work here (idk why..) I'm sure management is also a problem in this particular store.
