Just in came with my boyfriend on a slow Sunday, they took our order with absolutely no complications and didn?t tell us they... were out of anything. We made sure what we ordered they had in stock. We waited about 20 mins and got our drinks, still werewaiting for our food for them to call us over and tell us ?sorry we are out of what you ordered?? if you didn?t have what weordered why did you make us wait 20 minutes KNOWING you didn?t have it? Extremely disappointed. All 7 employees were so muchmore focused on the drive through than us, the ONE couple in the lobby. I would give zero stars if it were an option. All we gotwas a refund & ?sorry bout that?. Wish I could?ve had that half hour of my Sunday back. Lol. This location is a joke, at leastthe other locations are honest when they don?t have something. I went through the drive thru to place my order, the line was a bit long and typically moves at a good pace but not that day, it... took about 25 minutes to get my order. When I ordered the employee questioned everything I said so I knew she may be new andjust repeated back exactly what we wanted (also most likely the reason it took long). We ordered a mocha frap, vanilla icedcoffee cream and sugar, and oatmeal. When we finally get to the window the employee handed us a plain iced coffee and I let herknow I ordered a vanilla iced coffee in which I asked for cream and sugar, she proceeded to tell me with great attitude "no youordered an iced coffee with 1 splenda". It took me by surprise because I was confused as to maybe she mixed up orders butregardless I advised what I truly ordered, the employee then again rudely tells me "no you ordered an iced coffee with 1 splendabut I'll change it" and rolls her eyes as she walks away. I was so beyond disgusted with that employee, I asked my husband whatI ordered thinking maybe I misspoke but he reassured me I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar since my orderhasn't changed in years. I have never had such an awful experience especially at Starbucks, I hope that attitude filled employeegets reprimanded because you just lost me to the Dunkin across the street because of her. It's Starbucks...and I always order the same thing during every visit so no surprises there. It was very enjoyable to sit... outside and relax with my wife while sharing a delicious Caramel Frappuccino. Gotta love 'em ! Read more
We came here to charge our devices after our power was knocked out after Hurricane Ian. We were so glad to recharge our phones... after being out of power for hours. The coffee was delicious and the morning was nice. Friendly staff and clean conditions aswell. The drive-thru was busy but what Starbucks isn't busy? Read more
