11/28/22 @ 1:30 pm. Store was out of Italian Herb and Cheese bread, lettuce, avocado, small and large cups, and cookies. I can... understand products not being available but the tables were dirty, trash cans full. The employees were engaged in conversationabout other employees being terminated because of drug usage. Today actually was my worst service there ever . I preordered my order was not ready. There was only one person in line there... were 2 Employees. Next got the sandwich's home one sandwich was good however the other sandwich had 5 hairs in it we gave thissandwich to the dogs. This was my worst experience ever Read more

I will never order Subway subs again. Going back to Publix subs. Those pictures on subway's website showing what your subs... should look like, is a absolute fraud! Bought 2 whole monster subs. I was utterly dissappointed. Its advertised as having shavedsteak, crispy bacon, a double helping of Monterey cheddar, green peppers and red onions "piled high" (thats lie!) and served("toasted") on Artisan Italian bread another lie. And topped off with creamy Peppercorn Ranch. Sandwitch was COLD not toastedand DRIPPING with ranch dressing. I could not identify shaved steak and each ingredient that should follow. It was squishedtogether flat. Nowhere was this $11.99 x 2 sandwitches pilled high! This is deceptive advertising. Im I waited to open them whenwe got home. I will never order Suway again. This particular Subway, used to be staffed by people who care about their job and their customers. However, recently, our... Subways (3), were so bad that we put them in the trash. The BLT's bacon appeared to have been taking from their package andplaced on the sandwich, uncooked. Tomatoes and cucumbers were missing from all 3 sandwiches as well as olives and onions. Notsure how you filled the order. We called and asked for the manager. The teenager, who answered the call, said the supervisor hadtaken off, and he was the only one in the restaurant. He said he couldn't issued a refund. He said, we should "drop by" the nextday, to see if a manager was on site. Since we're a working family, we can't just go to the restaurant. This was an onlineorder. Anyway, we'll not visit this place again, ever. Their staff quality is beyond belief. Uncaring teenagers. Read more

Sandwich was wrong , when told to employee, he became rude and valger . I was charged for 2 sandwiches and 6 cookies and only... received 1 poorly made sandwich and 4 cookies. I then told employee about it and he became rude again told me to cancel orderon the app and that I needed to leave the store. So I was charged $24.00 and no way to cancel order. I am very unhappy and goingto dispute the charge on my card along with telling everyone on social media. The next day I called the manager and shesaid"That's All" and hung up on me twice. I don't know who owns this place but they really should get thier staff under control.And I am out $ 24.00 Read more

Management really need to look into hiring ASAP! There is no way you can have only one person working for several hours... including the lunch rush. Of course the 1 employee will have an attitude and get frustrated because people are on their lunchbreaks and only have a little time to get food, eat and get back to the office. Stop putting your employees in a position toget burned out, flustered and ready to walk away. It's not fair to them nor to us as paying customers... Read more

Management needs to have a serious talk with their employees at this location. They?re not happy! The employee that served me... today had NO help and a line out the door. She made several comments about walking out and had an attitude with customers.Convenient she didn't have a name tag. The bigger picture here is that management needs to do better! You're going to end upwith no employees to work your store if you don't listen and stop over working the ones you have left!! Hire some help! Gave a 1 star because I had to select something. 0 was not an option. Ordered a 6 foot sub on Thursday gave over 24 hour... notice. Came in on Sunday when it was to be picked up. The sub was not done to normal subway standards. Tried to give me plattertrays. I have ordered 3 and 6 foot sub for over 20 years from subway and this store missed the mark on everything. When orderingthe sub it seemed like they forgot how to even make a sub. Never asked for what bread or what cheese that goes on the sub onlyasked for the meat. Also the rep who took my order actually had to call me back because they didn't know how to ring it up oreven take the order properly. This store always has a new person when I go into it and after this I am never going back to thisstore again. I will find a new subway location. Read more
