I come here all the time and every time I come the older gentleman that cooks (i was told his name is Billy) always has a... negative attitude. He?s always complaining about something. Its really irritating. Soon as he sees customers coming in, he rollshis eyes and shakes his head as if he?s bothered by customers coming in to paying their money to eat. Huh? I don?t get it. Justthis last time the cook (female) was otp while she was making peoples food. Like what??? This waffle house is very racist I come here every morning and they always turn me around and say that they are too busy and... they?re not doing to go orders as you can clearly see there is no one dining inn?. Riverview location! This is literally the best Waffle House I?ve ever been to and we come almost every weekend. Autumn is lovely... and always so sweet with our son. Nana is absolutely delightful hits her name I?m sure. Miss J is also the sweetest and alwayssmiling! Jeremy the cook makes perfect food and his eggs are spot on! He?s so good that I request him to make our food when wego in. Chelsea is always sweet and smiling as well. All around the team on weekends is just wonderful and I truly feel at homehere they just make you feel so loved and not rushed ever. I went to this Waffle House to get breakfast I was told they were only doing take orders for the last 4 or 5 hrs however When I... looked around there were several tables with dishes on them indicating someone had recently been there. So I politely asked whywere there fresh dishes if you guys were only doing take out orders for the last 5 hrs. At that point the staff became irate andbegan screaming and cursing. I later went back to see if they were indeed doing take out orders and there were people sittingdown eating. Proving that they were lying the entire time. Horrible staff, horrible service. The entire night staff should befired for there foul language and disrespect towards customers and the company. I would be embarrassed to have these people workfor my company. Read more

I absolutely love Waffle House. I'm lucky that I've yet to encounter the clichéd "dinner & a show" complete with a "Florida... Man". ???????? It certainly isn't 5-star dining, but it's quick and delicious diner food that always hits the spot withoutbreaking the bank. My experience tonight was especially good thanks to how beyond friendly the night staff was. My server, Mat,couldn't have been more polite and on par with his communication and table call-backs. 10 out of 10, I will ALWAYS recommend andNEVER say no to Waffle House ???? ???? ?? Read more
