Orders are almost never correct. There are people out here that cannot consume or do not like certain things such as Mayo,... pickles Etc you get it, if it's ask to add or if it's asked to take away please pay attention to what the screen is saying sothere is not so much wasted food because you cannot get it right. Moral is slow down focus on the task at hand in front of youinstead of making Five Burgers or orders at the same time. Every single time my order is never correct or my items were neverput in the bag. I always have to ask for a straw I always have to ask for napkins and I always have to ask for condiments. Justfor the record employees the condiments that you hand out do not come out of your paycheck so it is okay to give somebody morethan two packs of ketchup when they order two or more meals. So usually Wendy's is great. We order in the drive thru. They take our monies, and give us everything but one frosty. They tell... us it's going to be ten minutes. We told them where we would park and wait. They said 10 minutes and they bring it out. 28minutes later and no frosty. Food eaten, bored waiting. Try to ask a lady who brought food to the car next to us and she ignoresus. Try the drive thru again and it was 8 car deep. No point waiting for another 28 minutes. About 7 times already, But did you know if you order a Hamburger for this Wendy's that actually means you wanted a chicken... sandwich....? I'm not ordering from a place that clearly can't get it right. I'm tired of random spicy nuggets and chickensandwiches from this Wendy's like why do I even bother saying please and thankyou anymore? Second time ordering in this store with no luck, this time I waited over 15 min in the drive through. After I finally ordered... and in the pick up window they didn't give me my whole order, when I told them I was missing they gave me a size smaller fromwhat I payed for and the lady (whom I assume is the manager because she had a different uniform) asked the employee "what wasthe problem" and proceed to tell him that to give me two small sizes since they "were spending too much time in out order " whenwe had to wait over 15 min just to get our order placed. They're excuse is that they had to many orders, when in front of usthey weren't any cars. Never buying from this location again. Lesson learned. Read more
Leaving Wendy's lats night I felt enchanted. Words cannot begin to describe how fulfilled and optimistic I feel after such an... experience. I used to enjoy this Wendy's but something has happened in the last few months. The soda never tastes right, it's as if someone... opened a can of diet Tab and left it sitting the sun for a day before it was placed in ice. Today, my burger looked vile, like agrilled cheese left in a cafeteria after a long school day, which is an improvement from how the normal burgers look. Went in to get a 4 for 4 and pineapple mango lemonade for my daughter. Her drink had a strand of hair in it so I took it back... but went through drive thru. There was a curly hair hispanic/latino young lady that was at the window. I explained to her thesituation, tell me why she proceeded to take the drink, pour the top off cover it back up and then handed it to me????. I askedher if it was the same drink and at least she was honest and said yes. So I handed it back to her and she says what do I wanther to do with it?! ???? ????????. She should not be handling nobody?s food with that thought process. I told her that I wantedanother drink. She seemed to have gotten frustrated that she couldn?t even hand me back my drink, but had the polite youngcaucasian boy hand it to me instead.
