After waiting more than 30 minutes on the drive thru line, when I get to the board no one greets or says anything. I ask if they... are taking orders and she replied yes and that was it. I asked if she was going to take my order and no one answered. I waited10 more minutes and no one came so I left, mind you this is on a Saturday at 2pm and the inside of the restaurant was empty.This restaurant id the worst Wendy's that I have been and the service is none. No wonder the McDonald's across from them isalways full and the line moves quickly. Read more

Worst Wendy's experience I have ever had. I love Wendy's and I have visited this Wendy on several occasions. I was on the drive... thru line but it was not moving and was very long. I went inside for a quick order. The staff was running around like crazy without direction. Their was a couple ahead of me waiting to put their order. We wated for several minutes. The Manager female staffmember came over to the the registers. I asked the manager if we should use kiosk or he will take our order? I asked twice, Hecompletely ignore my question and walked back to drive thru. The young lady heard me and responded to use kiosk. I told hernever mind and walked out. Manager was rude and I will never go to that Wendy's again! Read more

If only their customer service was better. I'm a former employee of Wendy's and the customer service I get every time I visit... here is always so disappointing. I have received a letter from corporate I still have to this day because of the customerservice I provided. It always says a lot about a person. If I spoke to customers or handled food the way the employees at thislocation does, I'd probably be out of a job or pulled to the side to fix. Very sad. I hope the managers address this issue. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Just moved to this area and stopped here for quick dinner. First off, there are no cashiers.... They have 3 quiosks and only one works SUPER SLOW. If your technology breaks then something needs to be done to fix the process.Second observation, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! EVERYTHING was dirty. The place smells dirty. The floor isslippery, it literally feels like I'm walking in front of the fryer. There is plenty of staff here and the customer service andwork ethic of most employees here is embarrassing. Employees aparently "off the clock", yet gathered in the corner behind thecounter hanging out. The lady at the counter had zero sense of urgency. Seems like her shift ended and she just walked off herstation and just clocked out, which left noone to bag the food for the people dinning in. Then, she joined the other fewemployees in the corner to talk. The lady behind me and her child walked out with no food and didn't bother to ask for a refundfrom how upset she was. Not to mention, my husband is suffering here with food poisoning. Shared my horrible experience with arelative who lives near this location and I was warned not to eat here. Well, too late but now I know. Spoke to one of the 3managers here who seem to be in a meeting and made him aware. He claims they are short staff ect.. Well then shut it down or cutyour store hours. Being short staff is not an excuse. I'm a nurse and we are always short staff, but I'm sure that when peoplego to the hospital they expect not to die. We can't use that excuse so I will not take that from any other business!!! So muchmore to say, but will leave it here since I already wasted 20 minutes today just waiting in line for my food! Do NOT go here! Every single order we?ve ordered there has been drastically wrong. They?re usually just mobile orders too! How... hard is it to make sure you put the right thing in the bag?! My daughter is a very picky eater and only wants plain hamburgersfrom Wendy?s. How hard is it to make sure it?s a plain burger without cheese? I can?t tell you how many times they give uscheeseburgers with everything on them instead. I recently ordered a strawberry lemonade and they said they didn?t have any. Iasked to be refunded and they told me they couldn?t do that! I literally just got an order from them that was supposed to be oneorder of 4 chicken nuggets, 4 plain burgers, 1 BLT crispy chicken sandwich, and 1 baked potato with cheese and bacon, and 1strawberry lemonade. Instead, they gave me four 4 piece chicken nuggets to make up for not having a baked potato. Completelyridiculous! We kept using them bc they were literally one minute from our house, but they are absolutely HORRIBLE! Don?t go tothis one! They will get your order drastically wrong every time! Read more

So, my family decide to give this Wendy's a try since it was a bit closer to our home. I didn't think to check my drink because... who does. Took a swig of it. That's when I noticed something at the bottom of my cup. Realized it was a false fingernail. I'vecalled several times and no one picks up. Hopefully, whoever it belonged to doesn't have some sort disease. Read more
