Been getting food there lately for lunch. They are quick and the food taste good and fresh. I have nothing bad I could ever say... about this place since the new owners have taken over. Me and my family chose to experience the drive in last night, and let me tell you it brought back such great memories and the... service was great!! Hadn't been to an A&W for years, and decided to try this location. Not impressed. Food was so, so, but prices are out of... hand. $5.50 to add fries, and a drink? Seriously? However, my biggest issue was the carry out root beer. Treated ourselvesto a half gallon, and they only filled it 3/4? At a cost of $4, this is unacceptable. Fries were less than satisfactory and I just got a tooth pulled two weeks ago and I can not use a straw so I removed the top to... take a drink and my root beer smelled like vomit. Would not recommend to any friend. Read more

This place use to be good, not anymore. Chicken tenders not done all the way for the second time. I ordered a #7 and all I got... was 3 Chicken tenders.... no fries no pop. She says she didn't know that's what I wanted. No wonder they're never open. I'm donewith this location. The quality of the food and service has gone downhill big time. Read more
I am a regular at this location. When I want a burger this is where I go and have never been disappointed up until the last two... visits. 2 weeks ago I placed my original order, which is a cheese burger with onion rings. The burger was cold and dry and theonion rings were soggy. I let that go. Today I pulled in, it took a minute for the employee to speak over the speaker, whichdidn't bother me as I was waiting for my daughter to send me her order via text so I asked for a minute. The employee gave me aminute,came back and I explained I needed one more second as I was getting my daughters order on the phone. I even stated therewasn't ANYONE BEHIND ME (so I knew I was safe and not holding up the line). The employee did not say a word, I could see herturn and talk to someone and then she proceeded to tell me her MANAGER said I had to pull to the side because she just lost acustomer!! I proceeded to reply with, "your manager is wrong, there isn't anyone behind me and I will now take my businesselsewhere"! I am a small business owner in the Southgate community and I can honestly say, the BEST advertising comes from "wordof mouth"! I have been going to this location since my kids were young (over 30 years). I feel like they have lost their touchwith customer service as well as their quality of food.
