Pretty sure the food shouldn't be done before I fill my pop up, supposed to be made to order fesh. Not give me some beyond fried... chicken thats been sitting there and dry potatoes... Didn't know I need my own butter as well, at $17.48 for 1 meal I expect alittle better. Get it together. Read more
Picked up dinner for the fam tonight and just had to share how GREAT everything was!!! The food is all super flavorful and... delicious, service was awesome, super friendly and helpful, and pricing wasn't too bad either for a family meal. Always forgetabout this location, but honestly, food was even better quality than the other locations Definitely will be sure to make this aregular stop for our busy family. Read more
We were out looking for Fish?n Chips, not Chicken. But, since it?s not Lent, Fish carry outs were not to be found. We decided... to stop at Chicken Shack on Fort St, Riverview, MI. They were easy in-easy out and Lo and Behold they had fish. We ordered theCod Dinners with French Fries and a side of green beans and one of corn. Each came with a delicious roll. There is a 15 minutewait, which means they have to cook it for you! It?s not sitting on a warming plate. I ordered a chicken thigh for our puppy andcoke and water for me and him while we waited. Food was fantastic! Snuck a bite of dog?s chicken. Excellent! BBQ is also onmenu. And Door Dash delivers to our house. They haven?t seen the last of us. Very impressed. One star off because it was soquiet inside. How about a low playing radio or close captioned TV? If every patron must wait 15 minutes, entertain us withinteresting captioned pictures, paper menus, or humorous place mats. : Read more
Originally placed an order sometime around the 1st or 3rd of July call back talk to a girl named Miranda I told her my problem... but the food that I had when I got home was in my original order I originally ordered a shrimp dinner and a fried mushroom andwhen I got home and opened it up it was somebody's fish dinner and another order of potatoes call back said it wasn't a problemnext time I decided to order that they would be a credit for my original order. Call back today July 23rd Saturday spoke to twopeople on the phone didn't have no idea of what I was talking about said they were no credit and they can remake my order. Opened both of my boxes of chicken bites today and they look like they?ve been ripped apart. A lot of the ripped apart pieces... are just breading, no chicken. Potatoes are also hardly buttered. I don?t know why as I was the only customer waiting. 3 starsbecause it is usually good, but super disappointed. Read more
Food was good (as usual), customer service was good for the girl with dark hair that cashed me out and for the gentleman... helping.The bad part was the female cook (blondish-brown hair) who was swearing up a storm, throwing things, yelling andcomplaining about how she hates making chicken bites. I was there picking up an online order (decent size) for work. The othertwo workers working with her in the building were just letting her vent out I guess while she was making the food. You can tellthey were embarrassed and don?t know what to say to her besides letting her just cause a scene. Not a good look for customers tosee someone especially the person making the food, throwing things around and cussing. Unfortunately, not my first time seeingher doing that when I?ve gone in to pick up an order. In fact, this is at least the second time in a couple months, I?ve seenher act this way. Unprofessional. Management needs to have a talk with her. A worker complaining about having to make food in afood service industry, which is how the business makes money maybe shouldn?t be working there anymore.
