Twice now I?ve had screwed up orders, missing items or wrong drinks. No way to get ahold of the store. Completely disappointed.
Drinks are usually made well, but the location can be excessively busy. Sometimes my mobile order is ready at the estimated... pickup time, other times its an additional 15-40 minute wait. There really should be another Starbucks in the area to lightenthe traffic at this one. Read more
For the 3rd time this week ordering no ice in my cold brew coffee and receiving a heaping amount of ice. But also the lack of... help when needing suggestions for replacement syrups because they were currently out of what was needed. Read more
The staff at this location is improving. They were always ok but they are getting better and are becoming a more cohesive team.... I'm looking forward to when their hours will increase to something like normal again. UPDATE 10/5: getting better and better.Now if supply chains will get their kinks out these kids (sorry, to me they are very young and there's nothing wrong with beingyoung! Saddest excuse for a grilled cheese I have ever seen. Paid $6+ for this... the line also took a good 25 mins to get through.
The last 3 times I?ve been here, the line was stretched around the building. This used to not be a problem but now it will take... at least 20-30 minutes to get to the window. Takes each car at least 5 minutes per car to get your order. For the prices theycharge, they should pay their staff more and hire more people. Not coming here again! Read more
Kind service, drink is made relatively well. Indoor dining is not available, which was the point of my trip. Google Maps... indicates that it is open for indoor dining. Prices are high, but welcome to Starbucks! Read more
