Worst McDonald's in Moncton Area!!! Fries/food is never fresh service is slow staff is ignorant I blame the managment
Bad Service, Rude Employee, Missing items.. and the employee at the cashier refused to give me the missing items. She was... arguing with me that I received what I ordered. When I tried to reach on the counter for my receipt she grabbed it and threw itin the garbage!! And said: Your receipt is in the garbage now.. I was too angry to remember her name but it?s my second timehaving problem with that same employee! Read more
Always pick up happy meals on Fridays. Once out of four times they get the order right. The food is always watm and great... quality. The service is very good. Read more
Normally I would love & praise the service from yesterday's McDonald's experience!! Yesterday, I waited 12 minutes in Curbside... pickup for 4 pop!! I walked inside to see where my order was. The employee at the front counter told me that no one showed upfor the order. I informed him, I was in Curbside pickup waiting for my order!! Very sad!! Read more
Good customer service, lobby is rarely clean even off peek hours, staff DO NOT follow proper hygiene including hand washing. I... reached out to management through head office for a specific case of dirty fingernails and obvious cruddy spots on their hands,handling food at the drive-through... This has not changed. These kids need to be taught how and WHY it's important to have goodhygiene in food service and they need new management. Read more
The people here have 0 pride for there work or customer service. The first issue we had was they handed us a "chocolate... milkshake" which was vanilla. They also forgot to give me a drink with my meal asked for root beer.. received diet coke. TheFrench fries where under cooked and soggy. Then the overall customer service was horrid. No sorry, no please. No thank you foryou patience. nothing. Even for a fast for joint the it was very displeasing meal and service. Will not be forgetting thisexperience anytime soon. Read more
