Rude staff that argues with customers and then turns around to laugh at customers with coworkers. they barely put veggies in the... subs . One of the worst customer experience I have had! Will definitely skip this place from now on. Read more
When ever I like to go out for a meal, I prefer to come to this location. The parking is great and the staff are friendly and... always happy. The food are fresh and I can choose what I want in it. Recommended!!! Read more
Subway isn't great anymore, but it at least was good. Now I think I'm done eating here for good. .. after waiting for almost 10... mins just to order cause the staff is literally right in front of you and talking to each other, not even saying or word wait aminute or anything.... and somehow they still manage to mess up the order plus it's hard to understand what the employee issaying, and there is Zero customer service. It's like here's your slop sub get out so we can talk to each other again 5:24 pmpine Glen location. Front staff should not be working here or in fast food. I have gone to Pinewood rd subway in the evenings and in no way have i ever felt rushed in fact the guy that serves me gives... great service and actually has a great sense of humour..ive gone to other subways and every time my subs were always soggy! He was very nice and liked... to talk to his customers which made me feel like i was in a safe, friendly environment. I love subway and having people like himalways makes my experience 100x better! If your debt's not working you should tell them before they make your sub I stood in the lineup during lunch hour on my lunch... got to the counter and told me the debit wasn't working I walked away with no lunch... Not only do I have no lunch now you havea bunch of waste There was at least 3 people behind me that walked away with nothing even though they made their sub.. Read more
